Does anyone know how i can fix this quest? Pride demon appears but no cutscene. Quest appears greyed out in journal with "meet the spirit with solas" He mentions dead bodies with arrows but i cant get the quest to trigger no matter what. I also dont have an earlier save to go back to before i first encountered the demon.

Can you save, exit to main screen and reload at this point? I find that it helps when something don't triggers. There also should be an auto-save you can use. Load it, save, exit to main and the load your save.

Solas is such an important character to me and not being able to explore his personal quest is a real blow.

Is your other save too old? The fact that you got a bug doesn't necessary means that you will always get it.
I have reloaded the save countless times and just the same thing over and over. Pride demon stands around doing nothing, no cutscene triggers. The oldest save I have is AFTER i encountered this bugged demon, so i think im stuck like that.
