This is the worst thing about the weekend events.  You have nothing but high levels spamming Rotiune.

Why isnt there some type of level restriction on gaining credit if your running Rotiune past a certain level during these weekend events.

I hate resetting my charas and try to find a Routine game where there isnt a level 12+ (usually 15+) just overflowwing Rotuine games.

I can understand your frustration. Many high level event-rushers choose to make Private games and just solo the achievements. But others leave their games Public. They might see it as doing newer players a service by essentially running them through a game or two (I doubt any of these would mind "leeching" here).

Now, that's all assuming you're joining a game hosted by one of these high level players, in which case your best option is to leave. If, on the other hand, they're crashing your party, that's another story entirely...

I wish there was a weekend restriction on weaker players complaining about OP OGs boosting noobs out of the need to run routine exclusively.

Have you tried switching to your higher level characters when that happens? Have you tried switching to a tank or a support character so that it doesn't really matter if they get most of the kills? Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Agree completely.  While I do like that this weekend isn't a miniature weapon challenge, about 50% of weekend events have involved Templars solo running Routines.  Not exactly engaging.

How would you know how many people are soloing, since there isn't anyone in the game with them to see it?

Just a guess here, but the same way the Lego knows he hid from Darkspawn in the Deep Roads for two days.  Some folks just got that thang... whatever that may be.

I'm soloing for the medals. Just seems like that would be easier and quicker. Still is a grind though.

Chasing kill streaks where possible.

LOL....  wow whos jumping to conclusion thinking a weaker playing is complaining.  No i dont need your "boosting" as my rank is up there.  Talk about being an ignorant ....

I just find it annoying that higher levels always wanna spam rotuine... and its not just on the weekend events but during weekend events its just everywhere.

Why do higher levels feel the need to do Rotuine?  Why cant you just do Threating and go about it.

i only use rotuine from level 1-6/7 and then i go to threating.  its just annoying when you reset your chara that you have lvl 15+ all over rotuine.  I also love when lvl 1s come into threating, talking about how they can solo it by themselves cuz they so high of a rank, and then watch as how they die on the first board (had 2 friends in one game say to me how overpowered they are and can do it by themselves only to die).

This is just my OPINION tho...  so its fine if you dont agree with it, but dont accuse people of being low level and that we should be greatful for your "generousity".... lol

I'm going to do it just by getting immortal badges while grinding my Templar, already did one promotion this evening.

Can't be arsed to AW solo routine for a silly chest, may as well pick it up by playing as always.

yeah, think I'm just going to play on Threatening as usual.  if I don't have enough gold badges by Sunday will do some solo runs.

I don't see anything wrong with higher levels on Routine as long as they aren't rushers and they understand that gold and chests are something to never pass up on if they do i get mad and wish they would play solo mode since I like gold and a possible item from chests lol

Git Gud.

Seriously though, I have been running routine with my level 20s all morning helping low levels. If they had any problems with my AW [rift mage not KE build] killing everything but also keeping everyone alive for the immortal reward.. they would have left.

(I refuse to reroll.. find it tedious. that and I am only online on weekends so.. easier just to stick with my 20s.)

Have any of you "generous" high levels that always play in Rotuine ever thought that you arent actually helping the new lower level players?  How are they supposed to learn how to play their class if they always can just count on high levels to "power" them thru everything?

I've seen so many people who get to the higher levels and have no idea what their doing, and its cuz they never learned how to play their class correctly cuz they always got "power" leveled thru the begining.

There is a balance that can be achieved. Level alone isn't necessarily going to change anything. When I started, even if I was using a high level character in Routine, the team usually wiped.

Now I can take a low-level character into Routine, hoping to get carried to level them up and end up in first spot by a wide margin.

It also sounds like you're coming up with some pretty big stretches for reasons to object to high-level characters. I know that I appreciated those rare occasions when I had someone to carry me through my early routine games, because learning will happen, regardless, but back then, success meant a heck of a lot more, because it meant more experience and ultimately, gold for chests.

I started playing MP like 3 days or so after the game came out so there wasnt many high levels to "power" you thru so yeah we had are fair share of wipes but in the end it made you learn what to do and what not.

Theres a ton of people that still have no clue how to play against the Demon boss.  Sadly tho once the consoles get the update patch there will be no need for them to learn cuz Demon commander got nerfed way too much.... and not in a good way.

I dont know....  again... its just my opinion, and its sad that so many people on here wanna tell me to "stop crying", "get over it", "poor you".  Gotta love the great community.... /s

How are they supposed to learn with you in the game? If your rank is up there you should have no problem facerolling routine at level 1 for the most part thus making you no better than the people you are complaining about.

I actually only jump to routine for weekend challenges. The rest of the time I stick to threatening.

If you're soloing, don't bother chasing them, just get one in zone 5. Just soloed with my level 1 Lego and got a 20 something killstreak from the last area. While it is easier to get streaks while you're soloing anyways, it's way easier to get one in zone 5.

Perilous is 4 gold medals minimum and a lot more exp.  Usually a gold for kills and an immortal or 2 as well.
