The character Cassandra I'm playing is level 19 and stuck at level 15 Templar. I have four points which I can't use because I receive a reply that you can't unlock this. I have completed Adamant and Wicket Hearts and I have also completed her personal quest. Any ideas? I know you have to start from the top selection and go down but the top selections are full.
