I'm on a PC and I captured the keep, completed all side quests then built the bridge and still no luck getting the quest... Bio ware plan on fixing anytime soon? Considering its one of the fun parts.

Did you repeatedly talk to the Baron in the keep? He has several things hse cycles through before you get to that quest.
