I've never glitched, but have been in lobbies where it occurred. I thought it was boring. During a fit of frustration I joined some friends for a glitched couple of games. Then we all got bored and played normally.
I also took part in some wave 10 glitch waves way back in the day, but told Bioware and forfeited my credits.

Never done it, see no point whatsoever. Only experienced it once and I quit the lobby.
The only 'cheating' I've ever done was taking a 66666 Volus Adept into some games (Silver, almost certainly) when he was a new character. I genuinely thought the ability to max all his powers was why he was an Ultra Rare character, never having heard of that particular glitch until I found out about it on BSN.
