Mindcontrol in Skyhold?
Try chosing the basic drapery at Skyhold and walk into Josephine's office. Take a look at he drapery hanging on the wall.
There's no doubt about this glyph is The Yellow Sign made by Kevin Ross for Call of Cthulhu. None at all.
This glyph was first described in 'The King in Yellow', a story by Robert W. Chambers.

Am I wrong?
Wikipedia
One of the stories in "The King in Yellow" is named "The Yellow Sign"
It is about an artist who is troubled by a sinister churchyard watchman who resembles a coffin worm.
In Call of Cthulhu the sign symbolises mind control.
Direct from Wikipedia:
"The King in Yellow never fully describes the shape and purpose of the Yellow Sign. Nonetheless, "The Repairer of Reputations", one of the stories in the collection, suggests that anyone who possesses, even by accident, a copy of the sign is susceptible to some form of insidious mind control, or possession, by the King in Yellow or one of his heirs. The stories also suggest that the original creator of the sign was not human and possibly came from a strange alternate dimension that contains an ominous and ancient city known as Carcosa."
Someone placed the glyph on the drapes for a reason. Who has interest in controlling minds?
It would fit with the aura surrounding Solas?
We know Solas is not what he pretends to be. Not quite.
And when I think of the private talk the Inquisitor had with Solas in Haven?
Morrigan? She is not controlling minds, although the rumours indicates it. It was mentioned in a dialogue option during the conversation with Leliana in the Winter Palace. Remember?
I don't think Morrigan has any interest in controlling the minds of the inquisitor or his team. Why should she? She doesn't know what's hidden i The Temple of Myrthal. Or, well, maybe she does, but she doesn't know the whole truth. She is also just a piece in the puzzle.
Could it be Flemeth? All this just to get Morrigans body and/or child?
Flemeth through Solas, or both in cooperation?
But Flemeth can't predict if Morrigan or the Inquisitor will drink of the well?
Whispers in the background at The Well of Sorrows after you drink from the well:
"She speaks the thruth, She's fallen, lost. Go to the altar. Mythal and Solas calling."
