Knight-Vigilant, Knight-Divine, Lord Seeker and High Seeker

I have a few questions about the hierarchy of the Templar Order and the Seekers of Truth.
-------
My 1st question is about the hierarchy of the Templar Order. In Dragon Age II, we learned that:
"From the glittering White Spire in Val Royeaux the Knight-Vigilant commands the templars to serve the Maker’s will and keep the peace."
Clearly, the Knight-Vigilant is the head of the Templar Order. But according to David Gaider, the Knight-Divine is the head of the Templar Order. Also he did not mention the Knight-Vigilant in his interview.
David Gaider Interview: http://swooping-is-b...om/1286233.html
So, who is the head of the Templar Order? The Knight-Vigilant or the Knight-Divine? Or is the Knight-Vigilant the same as the Knight-Divine? Or are they simply another titles for the Knight-Commander at the White Spire?
-------
My 2nd question is about the hierarchy of the Seekers of Truth. In Dragon Age: Asunder, we learned that the Lord Seeker (Lambert van Reeves) was the head of the Seekers of Truth.
However in Dragon Age Dawn of the Seeker there was not a Lord Seeker. As we can see the High Seeker (Aldren) was the head of the Seekers of Truth.
So, who is the head of the Seekers of Truth? The Lord Seeker or the High Seeker? Or is the Lord Seeker the same as the High Seeker?
Can we also assume that Cassandra Pentaghast is the Lady Seeker which is equal rank to Lord Seeker in the hierarchy of the Seekers of Truth?

From what I can gather from the lore, Seeker Hierarchy is Lord Seeker: head of the whole seeker order, High seeker: regional commanders leading from the various seeker outposts, Senior Seekers, Seekers and of course every seeker is ranked higher than any Templar.
Meanwhile the Templars are organized with Knight-Divines who are the Divine's personal guards and enforcers and who make the rules of the order, the Knight-vilgant the official head of the Templar order who runs the order, Knight Commanders, Knight Captains, knight lieutenants, knight corporals and knight Templars.

Apparently, we have a consensus about the hierarchy of the Templar Order. The Knight-Vigilant is the head of Templar Order and the Knights-Divine (not the Knight-Divine) are the personel guards of the Divine.
Also the Knight-Commanders are the Knight-Vigilant's second-in-command, right? There is not a Templar rank between them?
------
If the High Seekers (are there more than one?) are regional commanders leading from the various Seeker outposts, then they have the equal rank to Knight-Commanders' rank, in their hierarchies? Is that correct?
Maybe Cass is not a Lady Seeker during the Inquisition, but before the Inquisition? Can we say that while she was the Right-Hand of the Divine, she was also the Lady Seeker?

The Knights-Divine also fill certain duties under the Knight-Vigilant aside from protecting the Divine, so they could be considered second. Knight-Commanders command the Templars at each Circle.
We don't know much about the Seekers, so I'm not positive on their command structure. Cass wasn't Lady Seeker, because Lady Seeker is the female title for leader of the Seekers. Lambert commanded the Seekers until the end of Asunder, when he died and was replaced by Lucius Corin.

There is apparently some parallels between the Hierarchy of the seekers and the Templars but the only ranks that have been listed is Lord Seeker who commands the order, High Seeker of which the only one seen was in charge of the seeker fortress and the seekers who operated out of it in dawn of the seekers with lore mentions there are other seeker fortresses, and Seeker though there are mentions of senior seekers.

So does a Knight-Vigilant outrank a normal seeker? I know a seeker can outrank a knight-commander not sure about knight-divine. Does a Lord Seeker even outrank a Knight-Vigilant? Only asking since it the "Lord Seeker" had the Knight-Vigilant killed which seems odd if he is outranked.

The lore states that the seekers are over the Templars providing oversight and that a senior seeker would outrank any Templar.

If the Knight-Vigilant is the leader of the templar order then when given the option to promote Ser Barris as the leader of the Templars why do we only promote him to Knight-Commander? There is no current Divine so Knight-Divine wouldnt make sense but there also isnt any active circles so I dont see how a Knight-Commander would make sense either if he wouldnt have a reigion to command. So why isnt he given the highest title if we decide he is the new leader?

There aren't a ton of Templars left after what happens at Therinfall. A Knight-Commander might be all that is needed, given the numbers left.

As I see it, DAI makes an incredible effort to fuzzy the distinction between regional actions, that affect Ferelden and/or Orlais, and global actions, that affect the whole of (southern andrastian) Thedas. I think the most viable lecture is that promoting Ser Barris is a regional action, and that in fact the inquisition has no real authority noth of the Wakening sea (all the missions in the north are envoys, spionage and diplomacy, no actual exercise of political power). That would leave the scenery in the north undetermined enough that the writers can mess however they can up there without outrightly being accused of reconning.
Another question regarding ranks: how does the ranks of the several institutions interact with each other? It seems that a knight comander has leverage over a first enchanter, given that the former is the custodian of the later, but they might be perceived as being of the same rank depending of the particular status quo, but then both are under the Grand Cleric. The templars hear first the grand cleric or the knight vigilant?
Also, is the knight vigilant also comander of any region/circle? And a somewhat related question would the first Warden be considered Commander of the Anderfels, or should we expect to have a subrdinate commander there?
Lastly: I think "lady seeker" as applied to Cassandra is a mere form of adress, not a formal title, same as "lady inquisitor" is a form of adress but the offitial title is "Inquisitor", nor "lord Inquisitor"

Lady Seeker as applied to Cassandra is just a form of address. Lord Seeker is just an informal name for High Seeker. They are not separate ranks.

All the lore I can find on the matter states that Lord Seeker is the formal title for the head of the seeker order and the official Hierarchy lists the titles of Lord Seeker, High Seeker and Seeker in descending order so off hand I don't believe they are the same but are separate titles.
We also see in Dawn of the Seeker High Seeker Aldren who commanded the seekers in the fortress in Olrais is pointedly referred to by the divine and others as High Seeker not Lord Seeker.
