I hope this patch 4 fixes following for consoles:
1) corrupted saves 2) text-size issue 3) voice bugs 4) crashing while auto-saving 5) disk unreadable error 6) texture-pop in's and them not loading at all
But seriously speaking.. it won't probaply fix any of those. Maybe it will fix key's not dropping for multiplayer but that's probaply it. Sigh.

i finally got my banter firing up like crazy, had 3 banters in a really short period of time, game is running ok, few crashes, fast loading times, and it seems that got screwed to a lot of people.
My main problem is that im romancing solas and can't do his last quest (and i'd like to play multiplayer again as well).

Well "fixed". Wasn't it at least on PC patch 3's fix list so I guess it'll come for consoles as well. Though I'm more intrested about unique platform fixes for ps3 and xbox360 since those are badly needed. Well I'm not excepting much.
Maaaan I just had the strongest sense of deja vu. So weird. I do indeed play on normal and I also played Origins and I just never used the tac cam there either so meh. And they lied, yes but that still doesn't mean the feature is broken. It's just not as advertised.
So basically, you don't even know what we're talking about?
BioWare should hire about 10 of us forum goers (including me of course) to beta test all the versions of DA:I in like a three week period so we can find all the bugs and they can fix them.

Good to know it wasn't only my imagination - I have the same problems since patch 4. And definitely less banter than before. Also the hope for more Qunari armors or at least working Qunari Inquisition armors is still alive...

The consoles only got patch 2 and before that not even Patch 1 was downloaded before Patch 2 came out for the consoles.

Patch 4 is a hotfix for patch 3, you will get the whole thing.
Hmm, I just did make the biggest mistake of the year, and because the year is just beginning, also last year.
I installed the patches.
What is wrong with that you ask? let me explain it in chronological order.
- I buy the game, and despite a lot of people complaining about the bugs in it, it runs silky smooth for me. So I'm a happy person.
- I install the first patch, (the separate one, not the one at release), some minor glitches are happening together with a little bit of stuttering during cutscenes. So I'm still a happy person, and certainly after the hot fix for the shiny hair.
- I install the third pat..... wait a second, let me check BSN. ... alright, I wait a bit to see if there is some workaround for the patch 
.
- I play the game while in offline modus (I did cancel the patch download). So I'm a happy person.
- I decided after a while that I would take the risk installing the patches (I have to ask, WHY is it a risk to install something that is supposed to fix something???)
- I can't hit myself hard enough with anything, because the game doesn't even start now I have installed the patches.
How does a game goes from perfectly playable to not running at all in 1 patch?? I have no idea.
To say I am a bit upset right now is an understatement.
PS. Anyone knows how to de-install a patch?

as this is a patch thread I would like to take this opportunity to ask if anything can be done to improve the party AI behavior as they don't listen or react the way they are supposed to they run off after random enemies or stand there idle this is especially annoying when a tank runs after a ram and comes back with the entire red Templar order on his tale while you haven't finished the fight with the patrol you where in the process of fighting, and I know people are going to say use tactical cam and micro manage everything but some players don't like the tactical cam as it breaks up emersion would it be possible to port the behaviors from DA:O as you could give a specific order chain like setting your tank to attack elite targets while taunting any enemy that attacks player controlled character and telling archers to target only ranged enemies and 1 of your mages to cast barriers on the npc/ player that actually needs it instead of casting it on me who has a full barrier already and not blackwall whos health is about to be depleted

We are in the same boat. The tactical cam is nice but some people don't like to use it like me or my girlfriend. Also the ability to change tactics to customizable is gone for like how and when to use healing potions or how and when to use special abilities. It's been so dumbed down.
Then as you said the AI on DA:I isn't all that great when a tank or a rogue goes off and starts attacking random animals and comes back with a hoard of templars or a hoard of mages or venatori.
And the suggestions of being allowed to tell what characters to do what is another thing that is missing from DA:O. Even in DA2 a player could set tactics and AI character settings to work like DA:O
It's frustrating.

To those with bad patches they want to get rid of, please try System Restore on your PC. Tell us if that works.

Yeah, I agree. We will probably get most of what the PC patch entails, but not much else. I will be keeping my expectations low.

because if you do remember Duke Nukem: Forever was in development for 12 years.
and this game was schizophrenic from the start.
DA3 was started out as multiplayer Only. Not a single player campaign in mind.
And it started out xbox 360 and ps3 multiplayer game
but with the announcements of ps4 and xb1 the devs now had to make it work on two new systems and suddenly remembered the failures of ME3 and it's multiplayer and bucked up and scraped together a single player campaign that honestly outside of the hinterlands is the same thing except more space and more collecting because if the average player first time can get stuck in the hinterlands for 20 30 hours. How long would a game site reviewer hang in the hinterlands when they have to beat the whole game and dish out there 10/10s 100/100 and Goty's?
there all legit points of complaint no matter how much you love this game and bioware.

Sure I do. I've played the game. I've played Origins. I've used the UI and tac cam in both albeit not often in either case. I have used keyboard and mouse and I've used the controller for DAI and both of them have their drawbacks and not in any case have any of the features you've complained about been 'broken' or rendered the game unplayable. You should ask for it to be improved not 'fixed.'
Is there any hope of the mouse and keyboard controls being returned to what they were in Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age 2?
For less coordinated players, the present PC controls are just too much to be bothered with.
