 I preordered the Digital Deluxe Edition on Steam.  They give you 3 codes: "Mass Effect 2:Digital Deluxe Promo Key (Preorder)", "Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Cerberus Key (Preorder) and "Mass Effect 2: Digital Deluxe Game Key-Preorder".  

I went online here to redeem my codes:

The first 2 codes worked but the last one, "Mass Effect 2: Digital Deluxe Game Key-Preorder" does not.  It just gives me an error and tells me the key is invalid. 

Anyone else having this problem?

That's the actual CD Key for your game, I believe. You shouldn't have to redeem it anywhere.

The last one is for EA (at least from my part) should be the same for you.

Yo, newbie here, and yes I'm having the same issue.



Got the game through Steam and the last code you redeem at the ME2 page ( I'm thinking its for the art book and making of vid ) isn't regestering at this time for me either. It seems longer than the other codes to me, wonder if its supposed to go somewhere else lol.

I'm sure this is a known issue (maybe) and is secondary concern at that with all of the other Cerberus Net issues popping up.

The "game key" doesn't get registered on the promo codes page; instead, you register it on the Register Games page.

I was able to enter the Promo code at the social.bioware.com/redeem site, but not the code labeled Cerberus. Entering the Promo code did give me the armor and weapons, so can I assume the Cerberus code is for the video/comic/etc.?
