Al... you said 7. Was this sarcastic?

Nope serious. Completly.

Relatively off-topic. Found out that there was an intersex companion in an action-RPG in 2011.

And I assume you are still severely affected by it in your every day life, even today?
*does reasonable imitation for an owl*
What? I think in a RPG a game where playing a Role is the crucial element behind its gameplay and narrative focus having more options to have characters express a wide variety of opinions can only be a good thing. Granted I know that it is impossible to include all possible options...but I often Role Play characters who do very different things then I do. Heck the mere fact that my player character is...for example...a Space Marine bad ass Special Forces Operative is very diffent to...what I am in real ife.
Yet we cannot be racist or sexist. Nobody has a problem with that, in my opinion, because even those who would like to cannot deny that it isn't as "controversial" anymore; with the moral high ground clearly in favour of "no".
Not everything needs to be said, in order to make a universe believeable.
You see, I even agree with you. In a perfect RPG, every option should be presented, even apartheid tendecies for all I care. It's the adamancy with which it is requested, as well as the frequency, which worries me. In a game where we can't "even" decide whether we want to be the Inquisitor or not, this seems to be unsettlingly important to a great many of people.

.......Well first off you can be racist and sexist via role play choices in DA and Me...Granted not OFTEN but it does happen.
And I assume you are still severely affected by it in your every day life, even today?
I mean, DA:I wasn't the first game representing T* community. Though, the best one (in terms of explaining) so far.
And Kainè was accepted less hostile than Krem.

Sorry, I edited my post with what I actually meant to tell you!

And I agree, hence '7'. Its something I want in the game but by no means is it a hill to die on...or even fight on for very long.

Well, I know where you are coming from.
But I also know where that guy is coming from.
You know this does remind me yesterday I actually did get to the scene where you can state your opinion on Kremms Kremness...or something to that effect...and I had to pause and think about it for a second. This is one of those rather complicated and touchy issues for me that I have a complex opinion on but since its probably not A. the most popular opinion and B. easy to misunderstand where I am coming from I usually bow out. And its something I did not headcanon in my head what Kara's opinion is at all probably because...she never encountered the situation in real life. She was much more concerned with being the family's red headed devil. Literally.
So I believe I chose the 'I don't know/care' option.
Being the weirdo that I am, a pansexual (I guess that's the term for someone who will shag anyone if they're gorgeous enough? Cookies if you get the reference) whose gender identity boils down to 'really need to wear a cup in a fight', all the fights about these subjects just make me go
I really can't wrap head around why, beyond the natural human tendency to pick a fights over anything, these things are an issue. Then again, I might just be weird.
Now that is a rather long and complicated and windy road through religion and history where we would be here for days.
Also yes Jack Harkness, I get the reference.

Pansexual, I believe, means that you can be in a meaningful, sexual relationship with anyone, regardless of background, appearance, etcetera.
Don't hate me if I am wrong. ![]()
Speaking of awkward, I'm sitting here at the BE, taking phone pics of each slider; so that I can set them exactly for a new playthrough. Well aware that I could probably recreate Kelevra close enough out of my memory, I want to have the certainty that I'm playing exactly the same character.
What am I doing with my life?

I know.
I am gonna do that too.
Heh on this subject (something I meant to include in my long post up there). I am for gay marriage. More or less. Yet I am constantly being yelled at by Christians and LGBT supporters on...'batting for the other team.' Constantly. Its amusing. Kinda like being a Jew-hating Jew lover. ![]()

I'm not even submitting my personal opinion on that one, because as a straight guy, it's non of my goddamn business.

Yay! Dame is here!
How are you today?
Anyways since we strayed dangerously close to political territory...seriously we parked our Star Destroyer on the edge of the system and launched probe droids in...and yet survived...I'm out.
