You know Kara has grown on me, a lot like Ben has. In terms of physicality and looks. She is not as 'drop dead gorgeous' as my intention was. But she has kind of a wholesome appearance to her.

Ash, having a high intimidate/persuade skill is the trick to NOT having bad things happen in ME1

I think Kara looks great, more normal person rather then supermodel which isn't easy to pull off and I think it really suits her.
Cookie is already growing on me, I think I can get used to her constant raised eyebrows expression hehe. Just getting her through the intro while I wait for my download.
Kyrrah will always be my favourite, oh and Kirrah they mostly look the same.
Ellana grew on me, that's my archer elf lady.
The others are.. meh, but I will finish their playthroughs, just faster then I usually do.

Mahanon aka Bruce aka Staches
Aislann
Artemis
The other three (Bruiser, Eric, and Brengronzola aka CullenWife) are just there and one of those is just a joke. *drink to trollmance*
Funny, I only seem to care about my elves.

Yeah which sadly indicates that she cannot romance Bull.
*sigh* its what I want to do as a player and create a consistent character, and with the headcanon, with the story I have written, and how events are playing out in the game...and the most likely way real life people will react with her experience and motivation. I mean I touched on it briefly in the prequel fic for her I kind of had a sort of cutesy romance with her, and again from a character perspective that really sets up and foreshadows her being with another character and not with Bull.
I just bring this up because I do love Role Playing so. And I love coming up with plans for these games detailed plans on how I think the characters will go and the decisions they will make and time and time again, it winds up being wrong.
Which...if I were to ever start a new ME playthrough I doubt I would romance Cameron with Miranda...and I wish she was kind of a female option romance for Shepard. And then there is Vega.

Knowing you lynroy, I'm not surprised
, I mainly only care about my humans. Of which, there are many.
Oh I forgot Lalaith, she was my dark-haired beauty for a while. First of my characters to finish JoH too.

Cullen and Blackwall are both ok options for a straight lady. Blackwall has a bit more drama / pain to it (liar!) but my Ellana wanted to try and make it work still, which he was rather cute about. I just used the words cute and Blackwall in the same sentence.... *drinks*
neither Solas nor Cullen suited Ellana, Blackwall's romance has some nice dialogue in it too.

Looks like I missed a soccer discussion. Love the sport, even played it in school back in the day in the Optimist Club leagues. Sadly, due to one of my weird quirks of my personality, I cannot support the MLS as long as they allow their teams to call themselves "FC" anything. This is America where the sport is called soccer, so I don't have anything to do with them if they allow football to be used.
It's unfortunate as I would love to go watch Sporting KC, but my rules are my rules and I can't let myself go around violating my rules. ![]()

Gah!
You know I also really start empathizing and getting into character during these things...during Mark of the Assassin...thank God I was alone in the room...I shouted out "Get away from my boyfriend!" when people were chasing Anders all over the place. Or stop attacking my boyfriend.
Edit: And btw Cullen and his little fan club used to annoy me straight out. I did not like him and I liked him even less because he was so popular. Inquisition he finally came into his own. Greg Ellis did an amazing job with the character and the writers worked too.

I do that. That's why I prefer romancing companions over advisors (ha) in Inquisition. Saving each other in sticky situations. *drink*

I made it my mission to get a first kiss picture from each romance, all lady inquisitors using Kirrah's face as a model (other then elves), all guy Inquisitor's using Dante's. need one mroe male character and I have enough Inquisitors to do this haha. After I get ME2 set up.

Yeah well Bull is notright for her, she has no chemistry with Blackwall...I mean I currently feel Bull is not right for her...she might come around...and Dorian who she really likes is...gay...so that romance is doomed.

Ash if you feel any of my ME talk strays too close to spoiler territory let me know:
Another big example for me in this whole conversation of how into character I get when I role play, ME, when I am playing I love TIM. Great compelling character, a renegades renegade who makes a fascinating balancing bored for Abigail...but when I am playing Cameron I can barely stand his guts.

I was a silent fan of Cullen in DAO / DA2 (I never had Bethany sent to the circle so can't use that as an excuse to dislike him) but never a fan to the point of wanting a romance option with him.. then I saw how he was written, and heard the voice acting in DAI and I was like..
. Then how easy the romance with this particular adviser is, I mean you barely need to do anything to keep it going. No approval, he doesn't get jealous if you flirt with absolutely everyone while with him, no looking for a gift for him, no duel, nada. Just have to keep him off the lyrium (or on lyrium temporarily) and he's more then happy to sit at Skyhold for weeks at a time waiting for his lady to come back. ![]()
Edit To Add: Dorian loves it when a female Inquisitor who is friends with him is in a romance with his other friend, Cullen haha. It's so heartbreakingly sweet.

You're fine, just stay away from who can die, when and how if it's from quest / dialogue / character decisions rather then unavoidable storyline death. That's it, other then that, chat away

He had a great arc in DA I and I thought with enough screen time he finally came into his own.

I always have my lady inquisitor's as really close friends with Dorian, which makes a Cullen romance sweeter lol. Dorian and Cullen seem to be rather close friends and Dorian adores it when a female Inquisitor who is friends with him is in a romance with Cullen. It's so heartbreakingly sweet.

I have something to look forward to then. Kara is trying to romance Dorian. They are getting along so well.
