Everything Dorian does makes him look fabulous... He's great.

Edit: ooh top of page. lemme find a Dorian pic, have this in the meantime, I call it Sinking Quizzy. Not that she needs to get any shorter.

I've never before become attached to a companion who always, without fail, sounds like he's pissed off at me over something or other. haha.

I want to romance Wrex.

Oh dear. I'm sorry to hear that. :( So what are you going to be doing instead?

Hey, everything's fine. As for this weekend... Maybe I'll finally find time to do some house chores.

Dorian would still manage to look fabulous.

I sense a challenge in this.

Another Ashley bit the dust, I see... that mission is the reason the two are commonly referred to as "the VS", i.e. "Virmire Survivor".

In my very first playthrough, I sent Ashley to set up the bomb, and went back to protect her; cause I thought it'd be more important. I was legitimately unaware that the life of the other was even at stake, so when Kaidan died, I was truly shaken.

I like both of them really, but now that I'm aware of it, it's no longer my brain who makes the decision for me.

Sinking Quizzy was already short. That's just rude. Also the first time I've seen a lady dwarf in the beige pajamas...they don't suit her.

Probably missed something but... if your brain doesn't make the decision, what does?

The only one who I think can actually pull off Plaideweave is Sera. She looks so cute in it.

Just wanted an excuse to post a Sera pic...

Oh that outfit definitely doesn't suit her at all. Half my cutscenes she's almost knee deep into the floor too, so always short. Silly, rude game making her tinier.

Sera can pull off basically anything. There's not much she doesn't look good in.

The thing I like the most about the VS romance, is that it feels very real. Staying "faithful", you're more or less together for four years, and there's the most trouble and conflict in it out of all of them - that makes it seem more like actual relationships, rather than flirting until you eventually make out, like the recipe usually goes in BW games. At some point, that's hardly more "romantic" to me anymore, than overcome death & differences many times over years.

..sheesh, I hope that's not considered spoilerific.

I read that the survivor never joins you again over the next two games. Was that incorrect? or only partly correct so they join for a mission or something?

Partly correct. They don't join you in ME2, ME3 is a different story.

That's one thing I prefer with Mass Effect over Dragon Age. You can keep those relationships going over multiple games, so it feels like they become actual friends and partners than just "we have a job to do, and when it's done, we're going our seperate ways and won't see each other again."

Not many of the body models can pull off the PJs. Game be trolling lady dwarves.

I think that female elves look pretty good in the PJs, but that could be me being biased. Male elves look pretty funny in the PJs. They look like they have boobs. lol.

I don't mind the outfit on my human lady, or my elf lady. Any other looks a little odd (females), I've never made it to Skyhold playing a male character so can't comment in that regard.

What bothers me is that it makes my character look like a noble, while I'm obviously going for the rugged adventurer look. A scarred, unshaven middle-aged black guy looks weird in Prince Charming's promenade outfit.

I'm not even asking they go the ridiculous lengths to provide you with the twenty different Normandy outfits from ME3 (out of which the community empirically used about three), but just to wear your armor in the Keep.

If he's a Trevelyan then he is a noble haha. However I'm guessing your character just said "screw this" to his parents when he was 16 or something and went off on adventures because it was more interesting to him? My little lady didn't have much choice, mage and all, however she's only been a "noble" since the Circle's fell so not so bad.

PS: i second the wear armour at keep notion. I would prefer to wander around Skyhold fully armoured over the funny looking outfit.

I thought there was a mod for that. I have seen videos on YouTube of people wearing armour when talking to companions in the keep.
