I don't know for the rest of the world, but in my country "selective understanding" we're using to describe personal behaviour while "selective approach" is more general term and can be used for individual as well as for organizational behaviour.

Actually, the truth of the matter is that most women's left boobs are bigger. Also, you can't really tell from the avatar. Not to mention you can actually see more of the left than right.
