*drinks* To be fair its something...ahem *puts on Vader voice* I find their lack of hair to be disturbing.

I would have liked more hair options but I don't start a million threads to ***** about it. I work with what options I have and my characters still look great.

Kara Trevelyan Greatly Approves.

Speaking of which Dorian said something cool to my Inquisitor the other day and I would have loved a 'Kara greatly approves' sign to appear, it was so touching.

Hey guys, there is another thread b*tching about hair.

http://forum.bioware...and-hairstyles/

Start chugging your drinks, Ladies and Gentlemen.

Seriously, though, how many threads do they need to complain about hair? Does anyone know how many that is now?

"You know he (Felix) isn't the only descent sort in Thedas"

Dorian is a good mate.

You know I never really considered anybody "friends" in DAI like I did with DA2.. Varric was a mate, Bela was a mate with benefits and Anders as well.. Although he was more of the annoying friend who won't stop whining but you still hang out with him anyway type..

But Dorian definitely, and Sera though she was my girlfriend.

Oh, yeah, that one is a good one. In my first playthrough, I had no idea he meant the Inquisitor. I thought he was talking about himself. lol. I finally figured it out in the next game.

Dorian is always my Quizzy's BFF. He is such a cool guy. I have been meaning to do his romance, but I can't play as a male, it's just too weird.

I have a slight feeling of deja vu...but is anyone else surprised?  :P

Meh at least my first playthrough I think everyone was Ben's mate except for Solas and Blackwall, he even got along with Viv for a while.

I got along with Viv once, when I played a character that agreed with her political views. She becomes a mother figure :P

As much as she pisses me off, her condescending insults are hilarious!! I can't help but lose it laughing.

I know her and Dorian together are just a snark factory.  'Sadly' Kara told him to pack up her Circle wagon and get stuffed.

You know I don't find any issue playing as dude though I would prefer to play as female.

I just think being fussy like that is restrictive. Miss out on some good games.

I think generally I prefer playing as women *most* of the time.  Its the voices more then anything else.  The VA is usually more pleasent and better...though the Inquisitor's swaying hypno-butt does amuse me so.

Agreed. When it comes to BW games I will only play a dude to romance a female that is strictly for male characters.

For instance Miranda in ME2 and Morrigan in Da:O.

Same. I don't care who the protagonist is, if it's a game I'm interested in I'm going to play it.

Oh I play as both.  And I enjoy playing as both.  But in ME Jen Hale/ Abigail Shepard was so much better then Mark Meer/ Cameron Shepard...still really like him and admire his talents.  But prefer Jen.  Thank goodness there is a lot more parity in quality between Patton and Alix Wilton Regan.

I didn't say no one didn't.  And I know people do walk like that in real life because of DA and then the controversy over various postures and walkings I have been paying more attention to how people...walk.  Its just it does amuse me, probably because of all the controversy on the subject.

If I have a choice I will almost always play as a woman, but that doesn't mean I won't play a game that has a male protagonist if it is really good. I did play as a male in ME to romance Tali because she is too cute. I just prefer to play as a female in RPGs.

Yeah same here. If the option is there I will take it.

But otherwise I don't mind playing a male.. Geralt in TW3 has grown on me a lot. He has a smartarse personality in this game, I love it.

I still haven't tried any of the Witcher games. I think I may have tried a demo of the first one but it was a long time ago. Are they really that good?
