Nope. As you can see Viv is close enough to have the revive button appear. It glitches out sometimes. I should have popped back up once there were no more enemies anyway. Only way to fix it is to travel to camp or a different zone.
That happens to me sometimes too, just with Blackwall and not my Inky. I have to save and reload for him to be back to normal again. It is kind of annoying but I have never not been able to close a rift before. That's weird.
And I did see the questionaire/quiz thing but was too lazy to actually do it. tl;dr.
