I think that is probably the "right" or "best" outcome. And don't worry I just looked it up  I started a second playthrough so this time around I will be doing the quest and making the same choice.

The poster boy for bored Inquisitors everywhere.

 

However I don't like that the only way to get expressions personality-wise from the Inquisitor seems to be solely by tweaking the eye shape, size, eyelashes, eyebrows etc. I'm likely wrong but that's all i've managed to peg it down to.

However I don't like that the only way to get expressions personality-wise from the Inquisitor seems to be solely by tweaking the eye shape, size, eyelashes, eyebrows etc. I'm likely wrong but that's all i've managed to peg it down to.

It is interesting that just little tweaks can affect it so much. I'm having a fun time observing that with this Inquisitor because he and Staches are nearly identical. Only difference is eyebrows, eye color, complexion, and a slightly more narrow forehead. Oh and Vallaslin.

It is interesting that just little tweaks can affect it so much. I'm having a fun time observing that with this Inquisitor because he and Staches are nearly identical. Only difference is eyebrows, eye color, complexion, and a slightly more narrow forehead. Oh and Vallaslin.

 

oh yeah, just tiny differences create a completely different 'natural' look. unlike my Kirrah and Kyrrah though, there were tweaks involved of the mouth and eyes but they still rock the angry looks. Spoilering the comparison pictures, but first I want to point out I made Kyrrah by looking at screenshots of Kirrah taken in the BE mirror. They were both created from scratch (presets) in new game, not sharing the same character save. Kirrah's eyes changed colour when BE was released, but that's it I think.

Here they look almost identical as was the whole point of Kyrrah, lol.

When Solas (stupid git) stole Aithne's Vallaslin she looked sooo strange. I hadn't realized just how much of an effect they'd had in shaping her face.

The Dalish vallaslin were never any such thing. They were adopted AFTER the fall of the Dales as a sign of defiance. Solas, being the corkscrew he is, was talking about what they were in Arlathan and telling only half-truths even then as is plainly evident on the face of Abelas and every other ancient elf encountered.
