Nope. But, I'm planning on doing a lot of exercise of the holiday. Maybe an hour a day for starters.
This is not meant to be a jab but simply an advice based on observation of "normal" people exercising as someone who exercises a lot...Get a personal trainer or join a group class. Listen to him/her when you are given advice on things like diet and daily habits. Stick with it for a month or two and then you are as ready as you can be to exercise on your own. It's A LOT easier to stick to a training program when you have someone kicking you forward and you will avoid the newbie mistakes that can leave you injured or simply uninterested in exercising
