I'm enjoying it but yeah, Geralt's a bit over-gravelly in the main.  He's better in a few places.

 

Does anyone know if the voice work is any better in the second game?

I haven't played the first one, but I have played the second. It sounds alright. I didn't notice anything wrong with it.

 

Just to come back on this, since I've had a bit of a go in TW2 - just the arena start and some of the tutorial - but the voice of Geralt is MUCH better compared to the first game.  It was a very flat delivery before, there's quite a bit more life to him in the second game so far.  Which bodes well.  It's also terribly pretty, even for a four year old game.  Mouse control and movement seems a bit sluggish though... hmm...

 

EDIT: Fixed the mouse lag with a config file edit. Not an auspicious start!

Lmao. I just can't watch kids movies any more. I had Disney shoved down my throat when I was young.

I like my blood and gore movies. Not necessarily horror.. Just lots of blood and guts. I love **** like Machete, Jennifer's Body (mmm Megan Fox) Zombie Strippers, Deathproof, Planet Terror.

I tried watching the Human Centipede but that bored me to tears. I fell asleep. The idea is hilarious though

 

Yeeeeah, I'm thinking we should never go out for a movie night together.

 

I'll never get tired of Disney! Dreamworks and Pixar are hit or misses though.
