I use My Fitness Pal, it has a database of tons of food, and you can barcode scan products with a label!

 

After a while you just know stuff off the top of your head like... a medium apple is 80 calories, a cup of spinach is 7 calories, and a tablespoon of peanut butter is 90 calories.

One of his better moments.  Right up there, ironically enough, where he starts making a speech about power and Cersi renegade interrupts him.  Granted it was kind of more a Cersei moment but in a way it was real interesting to see Petyr actually shaken up by something.
