A mock-up is where you take a file, containing an image such as a t-shirt, a computer, a coffee mug etcetera, and in your case, a scrolled up letter, and you apply you're own imagery and/or text onto the object in question (such as a t-shirt)
- This way, you don't actually have to produce the product, but still be able to show the product. So, you took an image of a scrolled up letter and applied your own message. If you didn't have a mock-up, you would have to write the letter yourself and take a photo.
