Some breeds of cats love it. But for the rest, if not bathed often or introduced to water in a non-scary manner it gets boiled down to: wet fur is heavy. Especially the under-layer so likely is uncomfortable for them. That's about it, from my knowledge, I've had a tabby cat, Woosa, who loved swimming.. and camping, he was a weirdo.

 

Not to mention, like us, if they're not thoroughly dried in a timely manner after the bath they get cold.

Dog's getting a helluva workout today.  And just where the hell have you been, eh!?  Her Royness adopted our love child, btw.  Well, sorta.  She actually merged it with her Dr. Pepper baby (long story.)

 

 

 

Er, sorry folks.  I just read that I was apparently supposed to bring booze.  I was at my brother's for an early cookout before the fireworks tonight.  I'm sure it wasn't as good as Roy's druffy burgers, but it was quality 'Muriken grilling nonetheless.

 

Turns out Kansas City is planning on detonating a 150lb firework tonight.  They think it is  the largest in the nation this year.  Will take 15lb of accelerant just to launch it into the air.   I -might- be able to hear it from my back yard, not sure...
