I have a phobia of wasps, it's very irrational and I've been known to literally duck, dodge and sprint out of a room or any area where a wasp is present, I've only been stung by a wasp once and I killed the sucker before it got anything else off. That was only 4 years ago, I've had a phobia of them as long as I can remember. Bees - fine, wasps - run to the hills screaming.

I think they made a mistake releasing DAI on 360/ps3 to start with as they did have to cut down on a lot of stuff in the game to get the base game to run properly on those consoles. Then JoH made it harder to run properly, so I'm not surprised they're not releasing anything else on the old-gen consoles but I personally think they shouldn't have released it on them to start with.

Edit: zzz top of the page again. bad luck StormQueen..

Everyone has phobias. A lady I worked with had a phobia about all sorts of ****.. bugs, insects, cockroaches, smells from cleaning products, paint, vaccuum cleaners (I **** you not lol) and yes, a lot of it can be irrational.

Nice pic! You're always top of the page

After waking up I discovered a singer-cellist I really like had released a new album. I was all happy and hyped until I got to actually listen to it.

The haunting, cello-heavy (I freaking LOVE cello, must be my favourite or second favourite instrument) neoclassical dark wave that I loved is now mainstream animeish J-Pop. Nope. Tragedienne does not approve.

Excuse me while I projectile vomit. Nasty stuff. Now I need a drink.

LOL The Will only likes her pumpkins dead, eviscerated and carved.

That's me. Well with wasps and almost every insect *shudder*.

Good morning, lovelies.

Ugh.. I have a friend who keeps trying to convert me to that J-pop.. she even tried to con me into going to Sydney with her (which is on the other side of the country) to see some band called "BANGBANG" or something along those lines.

Yeah..

It's true. I have some of them hanging like trophies on my twitter header photo or cover photo, what ever it's called.

Sucks about the new album. I hate it when that happens. J-pop hell no. *drink*

Yeah, I know, they're amazing. I didn't think something like that could be done to a pumpkin.

The things people have done to pumpkins is just stunning. I'm still an amateur. And I have no idea what I'm going to carve this year.

I now interrupt your entertainment pleasure to freak out and chug tons of mead after something I discovered. I chug in shame and to forget. Let's say, hypothetically that I was googling Cullen's fine self. And then, let's say I came across a certain cullen from Twilight who was also blonde. And then, perhaps I noticed that Inquisi-Cullen's hair looked a good deal like this pasty pale "cullen." Sans ramen.

Chugs down 3 bottles of strong mead. Any... anyone got... more? I just... can't... unsee... Flops over on her desk.

.. Not much of Australia gets snow, ever.. lol. I haven't even seen snow since I was 12, had a holiday at falls Creek (NSW snow fields) way back then.
My boyfriend has never, ever seen snow.

We can share our snow....

That was midsummer last year. There was more snow than on Christmas. "Climate change doesn't exist" my butt.

Big Bang is actually Korean hip-hop. Korean music is a bit different and becoming more and more Westernized, actually.

I thought I was so silly for having a bit of a phobia of wasps. More pointedly -- yellow jackets. Wasps are fairly docile compared to yellow jackets, who will hunt. you. down. Awhile back I had a job where I needed to frequently take the trash out. We shared the garbage dump with Dunkin' Donuts. All dat suga just ready for them. Some of them got rather angry that I decided to disturb their feedin' time. I actually ran when one, just one, came at my face. Logically I know they can't do more than attack, but when they just come at me, I go bonkers.

Snakes are beautiful creatures. When I was 8, I got to hold a python. From that point onwards, I've always wanted to own a snake (preferably a large one like a python) but I have to wait until I can afford my own place before I can think about getting pets.

You folks ever watched those "Visit X" videos from your own country? You know, the stuff your tourism board puts out? For some reason my youtube adventures lead me to one from here and boy is it cringeworthy stuff:

Of all the things they are advertising midsummer. The worst day of the year to be a tourist here (the cities empty out, people get drunk and pregnancies spike). Aaaaand they bring in midsummer magik too. Because that's totally something that isn't done in private   IF it is done at all.
Oh well, at least the nature isn't false advertising :P

FINLAND! love. It's one of the places I have to visit one day. (I tried to learn a bit of Finnish on my own a couple years ago because it sounds awesome and why not, but got rekt).

And yeah, tourism advertisements are kinda cringeworthy here too.
