I wouldn't say it's mindblowing brilliant myself. To me it's an arcade style slasher. Good to play when you don't wanna have to think and just wanna watch copious amounts of blood splatter everywhere.

There was hype and a lot or complaints to counter that.. Some people weren't happy with how it's changed from the original.

That, and also it's a great game for couch multiplayer (my bro and I always play together).

There were lots of complaints at the beginning, but the game got much better after the expansion. That's why I waited and got the Ultimate Edition for PS3.

TOP - Turian glory

Will let you know. Well.. That should be amusing! :P

It will either be amusing or you will mute your TV.

I love Sera's reaction when you find the nekkid dude tied to Celene's bed.

Starbucks large coffee starting tomorrow:  $2.45.  Conservative estimate of three for me per day would be:  $7.35/day.  7.35 x 365.242 / 12 = $223.710725/mo.

Actual

Coffee filters:  Less than $11.58/yr.  We'll round off to $11.50 to help Starbucks...

Coffee:  $20/mo covers it guaranteed, so $160.00/yr

I am going to give a wash to me having to pay for a coffee machine that depreciates over the years and the water to brew with gas and maintenance on car going to a nearby starbucks.

So...  I actually don't save as much as I would have thought, okay around $50ish a year.  But, that coffee is  waiting for me in the morning when I wake up, it is consistently yummy, I don't have to wonder where the hands of the people prepping it/pouring it/handling the mugs/etc have been, oh, and I'm not pretentious enough to call my big arse Louisburg Cider Mill mug a "Venti."  So woo, and suck it, Starbucks, I'm still not your customer!

In my experience, home made coffee machine coffee always shits all over fast food's version.
I no longer use one. I'm impatient, and mornings aren't my thing. So instant coffee it is ;) and the occasional take away.. Lovely logic there, right?

I've tried Folgers instant before.  I try not to be a coffee snob, but uh... Eww.   I expect better from my cult leader!  Step up your game.

I have no idea what "Folgers" is but for some reason it reminds me of something you would call one of your child abominations ;)

I drink Bushells instant coffee. And what the feck my phone just tried to turn instant to testicles.. Right.

Instant Folgers, the coffee of choice for all Stepford Wives.  (For some reason, Mad Men came to mind as I watched this)

See I don't get regular coffees from Starbucks, otherwise I'd see where you're coming from. But I get flavoured lattes, and I have no interest in buying an espresso machine and milk frother.

So I make my normal coffee at home and then Starbucks is a treat, and I save a lot of money.

Oh Ber. There are so many types of instant, and there are hierarchies.

Folgers is sort of near the bottom. I get fancy imported stuff from Jamaica, which is lovely.

*winces*  Oh crap, I'm sorry Dazzle, I thought you did that Tim Horton thing, not Starbucks.  Is that  someone else in here that mentioned Tim Horton??

Anyhoo, yeah, it doesn't really apply to the non straight coffee drinks.  So enjoy your lattes :)

Why does Nihlus have to die?!  :crying:

To illustrate just how evil Saren is.  Betrayal, up close and personal.  Also, "Garrus Vakarian" is a cooler name for a follower, and if Nihlus had lived, he'd probably be the turian on Normandy chasing after Saren.

Planning of next weeks hike= Done. Goddamn national park at the turning point made things a bit more complicated but that's sorted now too. About 80-90km in total.

Have some music

Not offended, darling, except that you consider Tim's coffee anything but dishwater. ;p

Just giving another perspective, is all. :)

Diablo 3 is pretty fun, but I don't understand all the hype for it around the time it was released.

...cause kids like me played both 1 Hellfire & 2 LoD to death, producing internet bills (that used to be a thing) in the multiple hundreds region.

It was a massive let down on PC & as a sequel to Diablo 2 (arguably one of the most punishing numbers based calculator simulators dubbing itself RPG - respec a character you had to play for months? Nope. Sorry that skill is useless and YT isn't a thing yet, enjoy your wasted level)

BUT...

Diablo 3 on console, and as it's own thing, however, is one of the most awesome games to play with friends. Neo-Blizzard style flawless, hyper-fluid (hi Donko) gameplay, and you can play it with four people on the SAME SCREEN. It's just mindless fun that you can play for hours, lowest loot psychology firmly controlling your every thought, and all characters are very well thought out and perfectly balanced.

They deserve eternal credit for that. Just not for a proper sequel.

Anyone of you considered the old "ground coffee in filter + hot water poured over it" method?

As a lover of both tea and coffee (which is rare enough), and probably mostly for being a sadly habitual creature, good old filter machines with proper, yet not exotic & overly expensive pre-grounded coffee always did the trick for me.

How do you think I make my coffee at home?

Even at work I use a little 12oz coffee press.

I only use instant when I'm being impatient or don't have access to a press.
