Patrick Weekes ‏@PatrickWeekes

Plus most of us test our own romances a bunch while writing, so we're kiiiiiinda sick of them by the time we ship.

:crying:  How could anyone possibly ever get sick of sweet Cassie?!

I had Trek ception earlier.  the Crew of the Enterprise was watching an episode of Star Trek on the main viewer.

Was this the Spock on trial two-parter with Captain Pike?

ETA:  Oh feck, TOP!  Hold on...

Okay, this is an old battlemage character in Skyrim.  She'd just been made Archmage at the College and went out to the top of her tower and a dragon was there waiting for her.  Really stupid move on the Dovah's part.  Notice the Ebony Mail!  Mind, this is before I discovered the "practical armor" mod.

Indeed. :o....I thought Gaider wrote Cass Cass...

No.    But that one fits the description way more then my ep.  lol.  It was the one where that 'mineral' creature brought back Abe Lincoln, and Surak to face off the greatest forces of evil, and meanwhile the crew is watching the whole thing.

It annoys me to no end how people keep bringing up TW3 and CD Projekt Red
measuring-cup-wine.gif

Same thing will happen when Fallout 4 comes out ;)

People just like to compare. I mean sure.. Everyone has preferences. I liked TW3 better than DAI.. Yet I like Origins and DA2 better than TW1 and TW2.. Well maybe the latter is unfair cause of the technical issues I had trying to run it on my pc. But still.

I just think it's pointless rubbing it in people's face in a Dragon Age Inquisition forum, where it's fans go to discuss the game.

USA! USA!

It must be fun to watch a soccer match with you. I can just imagine you screaming at the TV all hyped

 It is a spectacle for sure.

:crying:  How could anyone possibly ever get sick of sweet Cassie?!

Well, Gaider wrote Cass so you'd have to ask him.

I am, frankly, of the opinion that I've written the best damned comparison post in BSN history.

Spoiler

*drinks to his badassary posting skills*

ETA:  @Foley:  I noticed it recently when Miss T did it like three or four pages in a row.  Apparently, it was begun by StormQueen.  I kinda like it.

ETA2:  @Royness:  I was surprised to not see anything from you about our World Cup victory!  Oh, also, Patrick is responsible for all things Gaider was previously responsible for, so I hold him responsible for any possible Sweet Cassie slights...  I know, that doesn't really make sense, but my mind works in mysterious ways.

They are good games but I thought it was hillarious when someone says its God's gift to gaming that is so completly opposite to DA I, when two curious things happened in the LP I was watching. First off the man brought Geralt across a troll, who promptly asked Geralt to fetch a can of paint. Secondly he ran across a monster nest, and just dropped a bomb in. This is like the fifth one of them he has run into during the course of the LP.

There are a couple like that. One is burning corpses for a priest, the second is picking up statues that had been knocked down on the road deliberately.

Also, most of the quests involve pressing a button to use witcher senses, to investigate and find things. You press buttons/click on any object that glows. It's how Geralt investigates.

What separates it, is the cut scenes and dialogue when you start the quest, and the element of surprise when you find that whatever quest you aren't doing, isn't what you originally thought. They tell their own little stories, within the main story.

Happens in a few threads. Person to have their post on the top of the next page posts something usually relevant to that thread. Like the Solas thread, post something visual related to Solas.

We are posting in a drinking game. One of the rules is for every reply to this thread you must drink. So technically everything is on topic. With everything being on topic, a ToP post could have anything the poster chooses.
