So um, you can get Cookie out of ... well I suppose there's some form of logic there. Beren's Logic. It's a thing now. Though the alphabetic relation to my actual name is astounding. Wallabies are adorable, though... Maybe my Drinquisition heraldic badge can be a wallaby holding a cookie.

I might have had a particulary bad Battlefield Hardline game and the hitreg might have been all over the place for me along with the usual online bulldrek. The hypothetical straw that broke the camels back might have been me shooting someone who was prone on the ground in the face from 2m away WITH A SHOTGUN AND HAVING NEGLIBLE EFFECT ON HIS HEALTH. And getting turned in to swiss cheese by his smg , which are god-mode guns in that game, before my guy finished cocking the shotgun. After that the controller might have flown across the room in to the wall at impressive speed and exploded in to many, many pieces.
Went out, bought a new controller and had anti-rage pizza. All good now.


Going to finish the single-player campaign of that game (which is actually good in a cheesy cop drama sort of way) and then uninstall that piece of turd forever. I've given it enough chances not to suck and if I'd have it on disk I would have snapped it in half today.I should know better than this by now. Bad games that induce rage never get better >.<

The worse I do is vindictive cussing.  In about 20 years of gaming only ever broken *one* controller*.  And it was still quite usable.

I learnt that lesson with Call of Duty. I don't remember which one I stopped on, but since then, I have never played another. It's done wonders actually. Haven't thrown a controller out of rage in a good few years now.

 Funnily enough, COD:AW is perhaps the most relaxing shooter I own currently. I go negative pretty much every game but something about jumping about like a mad monkey with an assault rifle makes me not care about that. With the new grapple-line playlists it's mad monkeys on meth so it's even more fun for me

There's a reason I keep the mic muted unless I absolutely have to communicate something in team based games...

 

Yes, gaming rage is a thing with me but I keep it to myself and not scream it across the internet
