Yeah. Its like the part in mean girls where everyone gives a one liner about the main b*tch. I hardly ever read codex entries either. They just waste my time.

 

And I agree that the pick up line is a little stupid. Most of them are a little lame but they still seem to work on your LI. I always thought it kinda funny how LIs in video games seem to respond positively to cheesy chat up lines.

 

Edit: This is how Sera responds if your Inquisitor is an elf.

Aren't majority of the flirt lines in the game rather cheesy and terrible? lol

Have you romanced her with any other race yet?

 

I love her response to the dwarf. She gushes about how cute you are

 

I never really played as an elf for that reason alone.

 

Oh they are terrible... if I ever used pickup lines like that irl, I would dig myself a hole and go bury myself in it.

I have tried all the races with Sera, but I usually end up going back to elves because I love how cute they are.

 

I love her reaction to a female qunari though. At the first meeting with her, she basically has to pick up her jaw up off the ground and wipe the drool off her chin before she can tell you what happened. It's adorable.
