You've rung for me, beautiful?

You've rung for me, beautiful?

Yay!
*dances around cheering*
Distracted me from my pidgey vs wild pidgey tackle battle on pokemon. How is Dieb today?
*quickly remembers to go clean up her summoning ritual before lynroy gets here*
I would have merely said "amazing", but that was before you've graced me with your company, of course.
I've done some things around my apartment & my car, now am doing random side quests to (ironically) dance around starting Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts again. I am on a compulsive schedule to get my perfect playthrough "ready" until the rumored big final expansion DLC releases; and WEAWH is just such a drag. Don't get me wrong, mostly the "rugged hero sneaks into fancy party and causes a riot" part is usually my favourite one in shows or games, but this one is just too long -and I cannot believe I'm the one to say this- almost too "gamey". There's not one minigame, there's a thousand. I'd rather cut some of those minigames and have more actual conversations with one of the 173823287 NPCs (which, if you really think about, almost universally cannot interact with) to politely insult some nobles. In general, I thoroughly appreciate the approach of a very different kind of mission, but there's a lot of fat to be cut.
How are you? You seemed slightly down, the last couple of days - from what one can absorb from a post via a fictional avatar on a video game forum in a thread with gif-spamming drunkards (of whom I merrily am one at heart) - and I wasn't around enough to inquire.
I am doing really well now, after my little meltdown the other day. Even though my car battery died, which is my own fault since my car barely gets used because I hate driving when I'm alone and boyfriend never wants to go anywhere so it sits in the carport until shopping days.
I enjoyed WEWH the first two times through the ball, after that it got a little much of a time-trap.. A bit like the Hinterlands. lol
I am waiting for the next DLC playable content to be released so I can start a proper completed nightmare playthrough, of course using Kyrrah as my 'cc model' since I have now perfected making her in cc from the presets hehe.
You sure know how to make a girl blush with all those compliments. The gentleman of DQ you shall always be.
*Beren yawns, stretches, and winces in pain at the crink in his neck*
Well, that was a crappy nap. dog was stretched across the bottom part of the bed, and when I told her to move, she just opened her eye, looked at me, and went back to sleep. I tried to sleep stretched across the upper part of the bed diagonally and it just didn't work very well. Stupid dog...
*Goes and gets some leftovers out to heat up for dinner*

I'm not much of a car person myself. I do have preferences in movies & games, and I always treat things I own for a while with oddly humanizing affection, but I'm not especially keen or knowledgeable about cars IRL. As long as it is comfortable, functional and economical.
You must never forget how to recreate those eyes! Your DQ needs them! ...attached to their bearer of course and everything. I think the reason why I am perfectly content with my character is, 1) the rather odd fighting style I've developed and 2) the fact that I get my share of exploring different combat mechanics from playing DAMP a lot. Nightmare isn't really so different from Hard. I think the difficulty is the same, enemies merely have even more health. I played it on Nightmare first and took it down to Hard for my second run; simply because it's the same challenge, yet just more of a drag, really.
In short: Enjoy pin-cushioning one shield-bearing Templar on lvl 5 in the Hinterlands for two hours.
Well, I was raised to never be stingy with random kindness, on the off chance to make someone happy. Often, people need to be told how to look at their own mirror image right. I do try my very best, still none of it is undeserved. I do not mean any of it brashly.

Oh, don't give me that face! You know I would never do that.
Except if you act out your inner hipster and turn on friendly fire.

Yeah, I haven't played a tempest yet.

So had to buy a new copy of Pokemon Omega Ruby today, cannot find my original and I turned the house upside down and shook it, aton of odd and interesting stuff fell out but no Omega ruby. buh-bye another 60 bucks, but it's ok I saved that just in case I couldn't find it.
I also got kiddo dressed up in for a baby photo shoot, she's also registered for their "cutest baby competition", it was only 5 dollars entry and I get more photos when they get developed so not complaining.
Other then my recent return to my old pokemon obsession I am getting through KoA and getting geared up to create Kyrrah again in DAI cc plus get her through to Haven so she's all ready to go when next DLC is released (whenever the heck that is, I just find the intro a drag so getting it done early).
Now, now, boys. Play nice.
Hmm, babies and Pokémon. You better be an awesome pokémom and dress that baby up right for Halloween.
Ahh, that brings me nostalgic thoughts. I used to draw lots of Pokémon when I was a kid. That was before I discovered Sailormoon. And then G4 when it was a channel.
I still enjoy watching SailorMoon, even though the art style of the new redo of the series is... *shivers* .. a little too much something. I do like how they made it more like the comics (or whatever japan calls their stuff).
I only just got told last night that Ash from the pokemon tv show remains a 10yo through every single season. How the heck is he unaging bahaha, they even mention time it takes from point A to point B in a lot of episodes, he should be 20-something by now. Yes I know why he never ages but as an adult it boggles my mind.
Great, now I'm talking about Anime, my boyfriend must be proud, he's huge into so many types of anime it's not funny.
I'm now only missing Soul Silver, Diamond (both of those lost somewhere, probably hanging out with my old Omega Ruby) and Black version 1 which we.. never bought. weird. We have White. Grabbing as many replacements as possible while EB Games has a huge sale on. lol.
Wonder who I should let become Ruler of Orlais next DAI playthrough, usually I stuff the charging bull on the throne (Gaspard) because Celene annoys me.
I cannot remember the last time I had a haircut...
Ah. Good. The Wardens rock. Do not ever exile them. That is baaaaaad juju.
I've done it three times and nothing bad has happened to me.
Yeah, I haven't played a tempest yet.
*Beren drinks with mirth in his eyes*
That was very very very bad and you should feel bad.

Kara did it. Granted she ended up slaughtering most of them since Clarel ordered the Wardens to attack her. And such. and then Stroud was dead. No reason to keep them around. *drinks*
*drinks to slaughtering majority of the Orlesian Wardens in the one siege, sending the rest to their deaths in war table ops then knocking off any leftovers in Arbor Wilds*

I felt sad. I think Kara felt a little sad, but she is a little on the ignorant side about certain subjects AND the Wardens are a part of the 'Old Guard' so I think she isn't too bovered.
my not-fast-enough edit makes it worse.
never reply to my stuff until at least 3 minutes has passed!

.
I'm not saying I'm almost 30 and dress up to hand out candy, but... I am.
I find that comment both intriguing and revolting at the same time.
I cannot remember the last time I had a haircut...
You keep giving hints like this, and I'll discover your true identity! First question: Are you a country music singer who happens to be Loretta Lynn's sister?

Case in point right there.

My hair is definitely not that long.. holy wowzers.

I still think Dienne beats me at the post editing.

She is.
Changing whole gifs and everything. xD

I'm OOL, but, as always, I enjoy your posts, Dieb.. I think it doesn't matter what they are about, it the simple elegance and style. ![]()

Haha. Hahahahaha. Hahahaha -- ehhh. I actually watched the redo and.. oh my. My eyes died at the shortcuts and weird eyes. I was mostly happy with how they kept with the manga's storyline, but hated the lack of character development. I mean, when you constantly flash back to only a couple scenes and call that "remembering good times," it feels like their budget was either very small, or the company just wanted to cash in on an old concept because it's still popular. Do it correctly the first time instead of half-create it to make it in time for the first TV run, then polishing it barely fixing it to look DVD quality. All the work shown in the before/after comparisons are pathetic. /rant
I'm still trying to figure out what that kid Ash is on. Did he find the fountain of youth off camera? You'd think they'd let him grow up so that he can finally act like a grown up. But then you'd have fans pushing for implied sex, the gang getting drunk on Sake, and gasp actually having a cup of coffee and no "hot cocoa." Ah, 4Kids. They'll censor out guns, but it's perfectly find to mind-crush.
