That's actually a Coca-Cola ice cream scoop, not a spoon.  But that aside, I only did it because I was gaming and didn't want cheese residue all over my fingers which would then of course have gotten all over my mouse and keyboard.

I make my own mayonnaise (so many eggs from my lovely chookies).  Mayo is really expensive in Ireland.  I wanted to kiss this guy when I found this recipe so, so easy to make and a fraction of the price.
