I like that they've taken the time to give Geralt a new movement option, though I have no idea what that is supposed to be like. Just goes to show that those developers do actually care about players experience.

 

For whatever was being talked about earlier (I skim read) if they are going to add more to the Triss romance, it would likely be done in a DLC and not a general update. Purely optional. My personal opinion on it was that it was fine, after all, I don't know exactly what I'm missing because I have yet to romance Yennefer. But, there could have been more. It did feel like one of the romances you import in to ME3, such as Jack or Miranda, which had fewer scenes than romances with other companions, such as Tali, Garrus or Kaidan.

 

We all know those romances got some extra stuff in the Citadel DLC (and the Extended Ending), which again was completely optional and didn't get rid of anything that was already in the game. It's likely, that if they (CDprojektRed) do decide to update the Triss romance, it would likely be done in a similar way. Not destroying what's already there but adding more to it, optionally.

Thanks for that Poodle, I just skimmed it. Yay to storage chest, crafting items weighing nothing and the book thing. I never had Quen exploding during dialogue - I feel a little cheated

It was my own damn fault for falling for it! And not wearing my combat boots. If I keep a health poultice on it, it should be fine. I should actually go and apply a new poultice...

That's odd. It's going just fine. Better than expected really so I'm thinking of just buying it now I know my laptop will not explode.

It does it 3 times when you first login to origin. so online, offline, online.

That's good your laptop seems to be handling it! I like it on pc, easy to take screenshots and stuffs. My boyfriend uses the PS4 for DAI so I have tried it on console too.

 

edit: nevermind, it's constant. normal for me in sp mode though, I always get booted from ea servers unless I'm in mp area of the game, thankgoodness it doesn't do it in both.

My only annoyance is overly shiny hair. Bumped the graphics down to medium for smoother combat and have to deal with shiny hair. Boo.

I forgot which specific settings to tweak to lessen the shiny hair.. let me think. There is a trick to it.

 

edit: try having mesh quality (and only that) as high as it goes then restart the game and see if it helped.
