Really?  I see a chocolate covered cookie with deceptive wafer pattern embedded in the chocolate.  Silly Brit :)  Uh oh, hey, your bonnet is up!  *chortles*

Okay okay, I'll quit.  Really, it's all meant in good fun.  I love you guys.  Mummy country and all that.

ETA:  Dazzle ninja'd!  Oh, also top!  hold on....

*sniffles*  It was such a lovely ceremony.  Her mom, Annekke Crag-Jumper, is my personal steward at Heljarchen Hall.

Poodle, you're a good doggie, but I've said it before and I'll say it again:  I am not taking food naming advice from a culture that calls something "spotted dick."

I've only had it 2 or 3 times. It's actually pretty nice.

Actually, there's a difference between scones and biscuits!

A biscuit is kneaded and then cut into 2" circles and baked on a slightly greased cookie sheet for about 10 minutes. They raise and become fluffy.

A scone is not kneaded, it gets rolled into balls, sprinkled with sugar and then folded into triangles. Then placed onto a pan covered with parchment paper and can bake for upto 25 minutes. They do raise a little, but mostly keep their shape.

This is a scone:

Taste is dependant on the extra ingredients, since the batter is the same.

But yes, different texture. Biscuits are fluffy and tear apart easily, scones are more caley and dense.

*Pssst* Who is she? I don't think I know her

That's Sylgja.  She's a miner at Shor's Stone.  Little side quest of hers asks you to deliver some letters to her parents at Darkwater Crossing.  Her mom and dad, Annekke and Verner, are there.  Annekke can give you a dungeon clearing quest, after which she can become a follower and also a personal steward.  Truth be told, she's quite the MILF and hotter than Sylgja.  And she sleeps just upstairs at Heljarchen Hall... oh my.

Whack For my Daddy-o is a more English way of saying of Whack Fol the Diddle, which is the name of an Irish rebel song. There is no actual meaning for either of those.

If I remember correctly, doesn't Sylgja have back problems, which is the reason why she can't deliver them herself?

Yep, that's her.  But don't worry.  Even though she's a woman, she can crack rock with the best of them.

(Hey, not being sexist!  She says that.)

@Miss T:  Man, that would be boring, always marrying the same... er... *looks at Cassie and Josie*  You know what?  I'm gonna shut up now.
