ffs that wasn't even planned. If I'd known I would have chosen a better pic....
I want to remake an old, old Inquisitor of mine. Ancient. Stopped playing her properly just after JoH came out. But I only have a few pics to go by ![]()

MP doesn't count when looking for story stuff, because two separate teams create the content. They just never tell us anything about new story DLC *sniffles*
Yeah, yeah...
Poor Bioware will get chewed out again on BSN if they bring Carver or bethany back even if just for the MP, which that would be kinda fun to see. Both could be dead in the single player parts.
Actually I thought they said any character that could be dead at any point in the story won't be brought back though, even for multiplayer. When did they change their minds?
You're disregarding the option that this is probably baiting rumor BS... It's just something someone merrily violating the NDA spread on Reddit, yet no screen like with Isabela.
If I really wanted one character to come back; who cannot die, is awesome, sorely missed, and whose apperance in the form of a field agent would make as much sense as her fighting style would reasonably even out the roster; it would be Aveline.
Then again, they kinda turned Cassandra into Aveline 1.1 -if you think about it- in almost every regard, so I must admit now it may or may not be overkill.
Yeah, yeah...

Dieb gets it.
*drinks* There are many things that I say that I do not believe, but I always say what I believe...and then sometimes I say just to stir up trouble because I am in a mood.
(I think Donk is rubbing off on me).

Mind El edit, though.
Aveline and Cassandra are too similiar now.
When are you going to shave that mustache Lynroy?
Aveline ![]()
But only if she rejects my Inquisitor like she did with my Hawke. (yes I know you said multiplayer, my sentence still stands! she can send me a letter)
and hey now, I love that their pumping stuff out for the mp side of the game! so long as it doesn't affect the single player game story I'm happy. No I am not talking about a bit of item decor they made extremely easy to get anyway. I mean weapons, armour, progression stuff, casual clothing etc etc blah blah which for now they haven't done.

Implying that you could ever have too much of Cassandra and Aveline.
*Beren stands firm and boycotts all future EA purchases until they provide SP path to dragon decor!* And I can boycott. Boycotted Toshiba products for 25 years over that propeller tech scandal. Boycotted McDonald's for three months because they pissed me off in the drive-thru by asking if I wanted a cookie when I said "and that will be all" at the end of my order.
*Beren grunts defiantly*

Indeed. Because I understood all of that ![]()
Welcome to InDonktrination, friend!
I'm jealous of MP they get Isabela while us loner SPers don't! ![]()
it seems my plan has backfired....but anywahs off to witcher vill.

I was just teasing you by pretending you were teasing me!
Well, they've said at numerous times that the MP is actually helpful, because it enables them to try out combat mechanics and new things in a more isolated environment; without all the strings and intertwining code from the SP.
I don't know if you've ever played Isabela, ZITHER! or Skywatcher, but they have completely individual skillsets. Isabela is a DW & Archer hybrid with her crossbow pistol; put primarily has this combo system in which she charges a seperate meter for auto-dodging attacks (Duelist fighting style); whereas ZITHER! actually has to play songs by tapping the shortcuts like in Guitar Hero, to provide buffs like Leliana could in DAO. It is pretty damn awesome.
I'd love for them to carry that kind of stuff reasonably into the SP.

Enjoy the Gwent!

ZITHER! in SP. That's all I want.
I want to actually meet the ruler of Ferelden, whoever it is, properly as Inquisitor, not yelled at for a minute or two and not able to talk to them at all. That is what I want.

Yeah what is with that?
Although in that scene you're not really Inquisitor yet, but still.

I was a few hours into my playthrough when I accidentally caught a spoiler that King Alistair doesn't have much screen time.
I immediately started a new game with him as a Warden.
Needless to say, that was simultaneously the worst and best decision I could have done for my first playthrough.
It made the Hawke vs Warden dilemma all the more heart wrenching. When Varric found out about Hawke, I literally bawled.

But yeah... I wish King Alistair would get more screen time.

At this point, I think the most gratifying constellation is having Alistair be the Warden and continue as their commander; excusing himself from the final battle by travelling to Weisshaupt; and Hawke staying behind in the Fade as the hero they are.
I just don't like Alistair as a king, or all the weirdness in Hawke's actions when "surviving" respectively.

I was pretty torn with that too, but it was more of a case of saving the Warden is the most logical, "right" thing to do, but goddamnit I love my Hawke!!
I think I'm going with Hawke this time around, though ![]()

I usually send the Warden after the giant spider-like nightmare thing-guy. By that time I'm getting pretty cranky at the Warden's, after all the crap they;'ve done.
There was only one exception.. When I had Alistair vs Hawke , I only ever did that once, never again, why? I love my Hawke and Alistair was my Warden's LI and she asked my Inky to look after him. ![]()
