I just had a wonderful unhappy customer chat to my local KFC manager, I even had to have her eat a mouthful of one of the burgers to prove my point though. My burgers (all 3 meals) tasted like they'd been covered in cigarette ash. Since I made sure this little chat happened at the counter, much to her anger, 5 potential customers walked out in disgust. Serves them right for trying to sell me contaminated food and hide the fact from other customers that were waiting. I then called the food health safety officials about it, and walked out the door with the "manager/supervisor" lady screaming at me, seeing as she'd likely lose her job for what she'd done.

 

I hate being like that, but you do not sell me food that smells and tastes like cigarettes and expect me to just wave it off, and definitely don't put up with a manager/supervisor/person in charge yelling at me about it. I wonder how many other people had gotten that contaminated food today.

It takes a special kind of bad day, and bad mood, for something to tip me into an extremely calm rage, usually I'm not even brave enough to speak up ever. I don't like confrontation

I hope so. It was horrible, it wasn't a slight taste of it, it tasted like it had been cooked in the stuff... which is worse, for it to be that strong.
