I'm telling you, you get off easy with that because PS+ is already needed for any online interaction and they dropped the original subscription fee of $15 murican dollars per month. So people would have originally had to pay $60 for PS+ for a year plus another $15 a month.

I really resent the whole console seggregation thing.

 

I mean I absolutely understand why it happens, and why even suggesting it to be removed "so I can play with all my merry friends" is as blue-eyed as it gets, but still.

Nah, you pay the full price and all content after that is free but I think I read somewhere you can make in game purchases. Gear, I'm assuming.

Imo it's just a ploy to get people to subscribe. That would be all fine and well if I was in a secure position right now, but I'm not.

I have DAI on PS4, with that online interaction sub paid for the next year thanks to having 4 mmorpg's on that console too. I just wish I was ok at consoles, and knew someone willing to hang around in co-op stuff with a noob. lol, the couple of Aussies I know on PC for DAIMP they don't do lower level stuff anymore, so I'm either soloing everything or waiting for some random to pop up into the quick matches.

The way I see it, is if I play a full price for a game I shouldn't have to pay even more!! I.e Guild Wars 2, MMO for PC. You buy it, you play, nothing more! I am aware that PS Plus is separate, but still.

I haven't touched TESO other then logging in to check out any changes (have it on PC) for ages. It's lost a lot of its playerbase, no one I had added to my friends list during its first month has played in the past 4 months, that's over 20 people so not a lot but worth mentioning. It's a pity really because I actually enjoyed the story lines etc and to me the game was worth it but they've managed it horribly which makes it not worth it.

 

ffxiv-arr is an mmorpg that actually manages fine having all platform users able to play on the same servers, together. My bf plays it on PS4 while I play on PC and we do a lot of stuff in game together absolutely fine.
