Perhaps all the Fade-Walking is interfering with his REM sleep?  I just completed the Winter Palace and when the subject of Briala came up, he got a twidge cranky at the Inquisitor for lumping all elves together.  My current Inquisitor is an elf.  I searched for a "Dude, look at my ears!" dialogue option, but nada.

With pretty good reason. But if one does not pay attention to what caused it, we see complaints about "tantrums" appear and then it all goes downhill from there.

I do rather like that for once, the companions weren't exactly under your thumb and your control...and did pretty much what they wanted.  Though again revenge does not have to come at fist velocity, I think it is a lot better to outmanuever him then pummel him.

It makes a nice change for one of them to do that. Contrast with Solas, who is so angry at his friend's mistreatment that he basically asks for permission to kill the perpetrators and lets them go if you tell him to.   I think if he'd killed them without asking we'd never have heard (as much) complaining about it in the same way.

I hate that post-Halamshiral dialogue. I don't get the option to say "Not because you're both elves, dude. I was just curious, dawg."

Don't forget Iron Bull explaining to a Dalish Mage Inquisitor how the Dalish handle their mages.

Perhaps the Dalish Inquisitor slept through a few lessons with the Keeper.  I like to head canon that my Inquisitor secretly visited taverns before going out to fight bears.

 Dropped the ball on that one, they did. They did a lot with Dalish Inquisitors. "Who's Mythal?" Seriously.

You do get some elf specific dialogue during that quest but I find it really hard to believe that a Dalish Elf doesn't know what the Temple of Mythal is. I mean, it could have been forgotten or lost to them but I doubt that is the case here.

 

I did like that my Dalish Inky could kind of translate some elven in the temple and talk about her clan in banter with Morrigan, but I hated how Morrigan was still the 'expert' even if you are an elf. I just wished you could have called her out on it more.

The companion pathfinding in that particular cave is atrocious.  They always get stuck there.  Every time.

I really enjoyed it.  Some nice tracks I hadn't heard before, took me a while to get the hang of the rewinding trick.  Loved the scenes with Chloe and Max.  The only weird thing was that

unless I was being a bit thick, Max didn't seem to make the connection when she found out that her friend's stepdad was the security guard at the school when she found the dog tags and ID for David.

 

Oh and I'm not sure how to interpret the stats properly at the end of the episodes

The stats are just the percentage worldwide/friends who did those things. It's in no way a representation of the "right" choice so don't worry about it.

Well Dalish clans vary so it's possible that how clan Lavellan operates is different from the one that "Dalish" was in.

Re: Morrigan, I liked that they built her up as a know-it-all to sort of lampshade what would happen later.
