I miss the days staying up late.

I got another weird glitch today in DAI. I was doing the Scattered Glyphs quest in the Exalted Plains and my Inky would not drop that stupid veilfire torch. I tried everything to get her to drop the thing, even did a whole rift and killed some wolves with it merged into my weapon. She was even moving and fighting creepily because of it. Here is a pic of it:

Yeah, I guess she did. It did add some interesting ambiance to my trip through the Exalted Plains. Lol.

 

I am sure she thought the glow was romantic or something. My Inky is weird like that.

Go get 'em Dazzle!  The suit reminds me of one I had for work, similar colour, jacket was double-breasted and instead of trouser a flared, pleated skirt that ended just above the knee.  Banished to the attic along with the rest of my posh, work clothes.

 

After ten hours of staring at databases, I am losing my ability to comprehend humans.  (I'm pretty sure after twelve hours, the Martians come to collect you.)

 

By my logic, this is a great time to formally/informally introduce myself.

 

I am Bolt.  I am a sub-species of computer geek rarely spotted in the wild.  We usually only emerge from our tech-caves to forage for alcohol.  (Although caffiene can work as an effective lure.)  Characteristics of a Bolt are nocturnal behavior, hoarding of spare parts, and a tendency to mutter about 'updates' and 'network issues' while out in public.

 

I've been a gamer since the original console wars.

 

I like Dragon Age.

 

I have very rarely been accused of taking anything too seriously.

Sorry for delay.  Was installing Win 10 on my system tonight.  Anyhoo, here are some shots of my armor and weapon.  All made of dragon material, but the armor was tinted with silverite, silk brocade, and for the life of me, I cannot recall what the leather was.

I hate most about them without glitches, that usually I forget my mage is holding on to one, so they will just stand there at the sideline in combat, looking at people dying without Barrier.

 

On that note, I shall be joining you soon. Got to get to the underground temple in the swamps to get my 20% crit chance ring...

Still, despite not a very diverse choice, for me there hasn't been a better piece for getting psyched for combat than this:
