Also it's a wonder people get upset by Viv and Sera. They both shred conventional male gender expectations for women. Sera is a troll. And Viv is so powerful it hurts sometimes. She HAS to be fabulous 24/7. The fact that she is coming from a place of privilege and is blind to it is her biggest flaw.

But who likes characters without flaws?

Anyway. Just sayin.

Considering Harding's voice actor, is it any wonder she has people wanting to romance her?

Sera is the bomb.com.

She knows exactly who she is and what she wants. And she is down to have fun every hour of the day. Even if you weren't into girls what isn't there to like? The fact that she can't examine her own beliefs is a huge flaw but at least she didn't murder children in cold blood out of greed lol.

If I have a Quizzy that isn't an Elf. They romance Sera. I don't really have a choice.

I have a couple elves that romance Cullen and Solas. But if I'm anything else it's Sera all day every day.

That's all fine and dandy and I don't actually disagree, but just so as we have an understanding, there is only one butt worthy of the Iron Throne.  I will throw an epic fit if it doesn't end up this way.

It's either Majorie or Khaleesi, that's for sure. Those are the only two booties sitting on the Throne I'll be satisfied with. Long live the Queen!

 

My theory goes like this...

Out of all the characters, they are the two who stay true to what they believe in and chew you out and treat you like **** if you disagree.

Now, this upsets people..

But not me. I appreciate brutal honesty and while I don't like Viv all that much as a character I can appreciate her honesty and her insults are LOL...

People just can't handle them and that frustrates the most of the players.

So yeah, I can honestly say as a straight male (apparently it is now important to preface things with "as a..." so there you go), I would be totally okay if my life options for romance were restricted to a couple of women like Cassie or Josie.  Would lean towards the Cassie type just cuz there is something about a woman who can arguably kick your ass (HI FEMSHEP, LOVE YA.)

 

Also, I'm cheating... since my dog woke me at 3am, I'm drinking *gasp* COFFEE.

Hahaha idk man. It's not super important but I like to let people know where I'm coming from. I have an apreciation for romance and drama that transcends my orientation. Just trying to reference that.

FYI: I got this cinnamon cream rum that makes coffee taste DELIGHTFUL. If you were into that kinda thing.

Great, lynroy made me check Gaider's twitter once again. Found out about Star Trek being not on TV for a decade. Feel old and need more alcohol.

 

If it makes you feel any better, Australia has played Star Trek: Next Generation and another Star Trek spin-off last year. And one of them is probably on as I type this.

 

Side note: Didn't know Honourable Bigot was Australian. That explains her name.

Tried to DL that game for my PC but my GOG account was being screwy. So I've yet to play it. Then I played BG1 and 2 and got burned out on old school games. They were a bit too hard. :/. I'm not hard core.
