Descent? I am loving the fact they gave us the info within a week of release.

Do you know of any other DLC? I was referring to the timed exclusive where the rest of us had to wait two months to get Hakkon. By that time I didn't care about it.

Hey now, I'm sleepy and my brain won't work properly so was just confirming.

That timed exclusive was a bs move so glad it was only for the very first DLC. No more of those shenanigans Bioware! Sort of glad we just got a few days notice this time still, not on the day or months in advance.

I may have finished a lot of playthroughs but I've quit at that point more times then I can count right now lol. I try to at least get to Haven before stopping, or else I know I'd never touch the character again. that intro is boring

So apparently the SWTOR expansion will have only a very limited amount of the old companions returning.....

You share all the cheery news don't you. My go-to reference for bad/displeasing swtor news. I think they're adding a few more companions though? sort of makes sense if set 5 years after last expansion or whatever but annoying.

 

Now Bioware just needs to actually add companion AND advisor stuff to their DLC's. I have a feeling in regards to companions Descent will disappoint me just like Jaws did.

I always get the same driver, he always thinks it's hilarious..

My BH is hitched to Mako in a happy union and my smuggler said yes to farm boy (out of morbid curiosity. She DOES love the man but the idea of exclusivity or ,gods forbid, settling down for family life are completely repellant to her)

I'm only expecting companions to comment on the environment and little on the story just like Jaws.

mhm, that's what I expect so I can't really be disappointed I guess, just will likely get what I expect. I just wish they'd do a tiny bit more like DLC specific banter when in that DLC's area (see DA2 DLC's for example). unlike Jaws where conversation companion banter fired perfectly for me.. except none of it had anything to do with the DLC. Only location specific stuff did. I don't expect anything more but I kinda wish they would, definitely not getting hopes up though.

D-pad doesn't work in CC or inventory or menus. Never has, and I don't know why they did that.
