Melian Cousland, Alistair's queen in Kyrrah's playthrough

DOtgNQp.png

So, just to show exactly how much i messed up Kyrrah's playthrough (she wasn't originally meant to become my main Inky ya know)

My main Warden is a human mage lady.. who does not feature in my main Inky's world state.. So major change number 1 right there.

She doesn't feature in my main Hawke's world state either.. major change number 2.

The only dragon eggs I can think of is if you got some for Frederick dragon research guy via his war table mission if you recruit him as an agent. I'm guessing nothing happens since the way to get them is very specific.

Doesn't matter. I never got any character other than the Keeper to lvl20.

Ping might be bad, though.

I vaguely remember going some war table missions to get dragon eggs. I just remember getting excited and then horribly disappointed...

Its amazing how many little plot revelations and tid bits are tied up in the frickin war table.  Always have had mixed feelings about that.

I just don't get to play often. My keeper is lvl 4, love my mages

edit: but yeah just throw me an invite to daimp any time, or ask via origin chat if I'm online anyway (Ashaantha of course) so long as you don't mind my possibly lagging a bit, and probably not being able to do anything higher then routine until I get some more practice.

And how it is extremely easy to miss them, or you know.. for a Dalish inquisitor to end up getting his/her entire clan killed via war table operations only.

Ah if there is one thing I love in DA its killing the Dalish.

(JK)

But yeah just goes into my theory that DA is intentionally designed to be like an onion.  You get out of it EXACTLY what you put into it.  Which on this vein its amazing how many of the 'hardcore RPG fanz' around here seem to just be like 'skip' when it comes to reading or exploring things.

That's because they aren't lore fans. They are "go kill stuff lots and have characters talk to you without you prompting everything" fans.

Which may explain one of the reasons I did not enjoy my first playthrough as much.  Still would've been a tier 1 game obviously but I was really rushing through Ben 1 because of things that were happening in my life.  When I got to Kara I was able to sit back and smell the roses a lot more...not that I always did.  I have a bit habbit of skipping the reading bits too.

Actually I've always felt that Inquisition was set up in the way that the only way to find out everything that's going on, or could happen, is to do multiple playthroughs. Sadly to do everything sticks the playtime for one character over 150 hours for the average/casual gamer.. :(

IDK I think the average/ casual gamer could probably do the game in about 100 hours twice.  Given they would have one involved playthrough but not TOO invovled but then they would have a much quicker playthrough just to get to the content they missed.

My favorite revelation from the war table was the stuff about Dragon Gland's.  I was like holy ****.  uh oh.
