Have you tried defragmentating your hard drive(s) love?
I did that before it went in to the store. I'm going to do an OS reset (and reinstall etc), because of those errors, and let it wipe half the crap off my pc because.. there's a lot of random stuff on it, needs a good file wipe anyway

This is what I asked them to do that they didn't. Full wipe/reformat and fresh install the operating system. guess that's what I have left. hopefully that fixes these little problems. I think it is the operating system actually, that was an error message from before, didn't load up right (that's my start-up crashing)
I can tell you from my recent experience that a fresh win10 install can make your life interesting. Not a day has gone by without a 'huh, that's new' moment...

It all depends on the VA's, which voice I'd rather listen to for a full length game. The men have definitely come up trumps for me.

Oh! I was under the impression you had, I'm sorry.
I did not mean to imply you were ignorant - I was just assuming since fragmentation is usually unrelated to crashes rather than just a generally slow system, you may not have considered it for the very opposite reason.
Ever since the 51289th time a system fixed a major issue itself by just being restarted one more time, I have given up on reason before action. Which sounds sad once spelled out.
