Shite.  I was about to enable the patch and download it now that I've bought every single schematic in Thedas (along with some other stuff... mwahaha.)  However, I was wanting to, before the new DLC, go through all the codecs and make sure I had them all, and if not, track down the missing ones.  Tedious, sure, but Verana is as complete as complete can be (*).  Hell, Sera's even rocking that pretty flower helmet.

 

(*) - exception:  those two bloody banners  I screwed myself out of getting, but come on, two banners...

You're missing two banners as well? Which ones? I may have screwed myself out of getting them too. And I am not going to bother getting all the codex entries, it's just so tedious and I don't want to do it. .

A few things:

 

1) Turns out I will not be able to say Verana did all collections to completion.  I will be stuck at 20/22 banners because of some glitch that prevents me from getting the Inquisition crown, and I also failed to get the Orlesian  banner (but I got its crown) because I didn't open that door with the golden halla at the winter palace.  This both saddens me and thrills me.  Saddened because I cannot complete, thrills me because once again my choices mattered.

 

I manually loaded every single banner I had, ran outside and checked, then did that for all the ones I have just to be sure.  Inquisition one is missing the crown, which is supposed to be automatic after capturing all three keeps.  The Orlesian banner.  Eh, totally legit missed it.  Choices matter   Still, the Orlesian crown looks weird on the pole without any banner under it!

Bug! May not be rewarded even after claiming the third keep. Seems to occur when keeps are not claimed in order (Crestwood, Western Approach, Emprise du Lion.) The notes for patch 1.07 imply that this is caused by claiming one of the crowns in the Storm Coast before claiming the final keep. The bug is still present in 1.07.

I have all the banners but I am missing two crowns. Not sure which ones but I am gonna just say screw it, and not bother trying to get them. And I am missing one set of windows.

Beren, i'm almsot sure you can't really get 100% codex entries found, since some pertain to stuff choice specific.

leather: Great Bear Hide (the real dark one) is really nice with it.

Can't remember the metal names of what I sued in that regard.

Oh Gawd, you had to be missing that one?  It's the one from the Storm Coast where you have to find a cabin, go whack a mage, loot mage, go back to cabin and unlock cellar door in cabin.

 

Speaking of potions, when I fired up Verana's save from way back in January, I was shocked to see she'd managed to fully upgrade EVERY potion, tonic, and grenade.  I was dumbfounded.  Totally forgot I'd done that.

Great Bear Hide and Snoufleur Skin. Metal is personal preference, but I like Veridium, Serpentstone, Silverite, or Obsidian.

I went and found the cabin first. Now I can't find the mage.

 

And there is no Ice Dragon Boner. Get your mind out of the gutter! lol.
