I just took a look and synced up with Lyna. She's pre-Cory, but about to do the Fade bit after Arbor Wilds.

Yes, I have, just.. I just thought that GN will be in Skyhold regardless, but "upload" stuff you'll be able only after defeating Corypheu and "download" right after arriving to Skyhold.

Then there you go. You only need on Post Corypheus save for the GN to appear for all your Inquisitors.

Only takes one Inquisitor that has killed Cory for the GN to appear for all other Inquisitors. You can sync at any time when the nug is there. It even appears in Haven for you to sync with.
