I think that is one thing that DA I actually does not get nearly enough credit for. There decisions are not good and bad by any stretch of the imagination. Both sides of the coin, usually, have logical arguments in favor of doing them. I mean really logical arguments to and not creatively stretching the truth or anything.

After 10 patches, either they didn't fix the floating birds on the Storm Coast or it must be my elf making use of elfroot for non-medicinal purposes.
First time I've played a mage and its a different experience. Instead of charging into battle I have to find myself a safe place to cast spells and such.

After playing 8 full playthroughs with mages I now find out I'm not meant to just charge in? woops 
Kidding, kind of. Only about the not meant to just charge in part hehe. That's my favourite part so nothing shall stop me! Though I mainly play on Hard.. sometimes nightmare. Practice makes it a lot easier to play any way I please, I am horrible with rogues. I'm almost always melee range with my mages, not a bother for me anymore.

All my games I've been a Twin Daggers rogue since it fits my fighting style. Not into the two-handed weapon warriors or the sword and shield. Yes very different. And non of the party rogues use daggers.

I actually played an evil PT and it was kind of fun seeing how many bad decisions I could make, then seeing the consequences.

I meant bad decisions like decisions that I feel bad about like letting Celene die. Not that the decisions are bad in the context of the game.

I think my ruthless Inky let Celene die and gave Gaspard the throne, then had Briala killed, I think...
I also felt bad about telling Cullen to take Lyrium again and letting the chargers die.

Ok, you were a LOT more ruthless then I managed. My mage Blondie is romancing a lyrium taking cullen, it's been interesting. And I still have the chargers lol. but both Gaspard and Briala got killed.

yeah I played my female rogue all the way from DAO through DA2 as Hawke and then DAI as the inky... so I am very attached to my fem rogue style but then I did that with my male mage... started him as a Warden in DAO then all the way through to DAI....and I can say I do enjoy Playing the mage better...it's way more OP in many ways than the rogue for me anyway. What I do hate in the early levels with a mage though can be really squishy and until you get skilled up can be rather tedious and dying alot. LOL

I would probably have no companions to help me because most of them hated me. I also wonder what would have happened with Solas. I punched him in the face in that PT. I may try to get Solas to hate my Inky in one of my unfinished playthroughs to see what will happen in Trespasser.

I have not managed a properly ruthless and unfriendly playthrough yet, Kirrah is the closest I've gotten to that and she only has Vivienne and Iron Bull rather meh about her. And Cole is more human.

I wonder if anything in the DLC would change, you know dialogue wise, for doing next to none of the zones (side quests etc). Kirrah can go kill Cory now and she hasn't even visited (unlocked via war table) half of the zones..

Yes, you can as long as you break it off with Solas during the last romance scene. But that happens at the end of the game so that doesn't give you a lot of time with any other LI. It's tricky to do.

That will be awkward for me but I want to give it a go for the different game play experience.
I absolutely adored the Cullen romance and I'm a big fan of Allistair too. So a Sera romance will be quite different and fun I think.
