We got an Antivan in Origins and Inquisition. Isabela came from Rivain. Cassandra, from Nevarra. None of the 3 games have taken us to those place, yet we still have companions from them.

Fair enough fair enough...god for being so imaginative I really sometimes have odd gaps.  But as far as Nevarra is concerned strictly speaking at least it is still 'the South'.

I know you guys aren't too hot about the MP, but my favourite banter between party members:

 

Skywatcher: "Tell me, my sprightly friend, what exactly is this Andraste the goddess of anyways?"

Isabela: "...of singing? Of.... really great hair? Uh, I know! Of sleeping one's way up!"

You know Kara is probably the closest protagonist I have ever created to *me* in a game. Yet our one key difference is she is much more active in sowing chaos and revolution and forcing change wheras I am more conservative in my approach and wants.  Hence she won't hesitate to stick it to nobles who deserve it.  And thus every single major policy decision she made in Inquisition served this purpose either intentionally, or not.
