Thanks! I know it doesn't disappear, but I do know/remember that you lose access to the tranquil agent, Clement, in the bar if you don't go there before either Hush Whispers or Champions of the Just. Just wasn't sure if Tanner disappeared as well.
I have 17 power now, but I am already almost 2/3rs of the way between level 4 and 5, and I have to be below level 6 when I reach skyhold. I really need to stop fighting crap and earning exp and go do Champions now, even though I fear it may already be too late.

Yeah. That's been engaged since the beginning. I cannot conceive of doing it without that, and even now, as I said, I am worried I may go over. I've made several hard save points, though.
