Besides... I think the character is so boring that dying is the most entertaining thing he ever did in the whole series / book. Sorry

I don't know. If it makes sense, I'll be cool with it. It's just, everything I've read has led me to believe that he is the chosen one, and there is so much to support that, right from the get go. Unless I, as well as many others, have been completely and utterly wrong, the show and the books are not going to end the same way.

Sure, I know. Nearly everone thought he's one of the heads of the dragon. And that he seemingly isn't makes me just happy. Waiting for player 3 now

Oh, and Jon's plot is one of my favourites. Character is boring, yes, but that whole arc is pretty awesome!

And he bedded a redhead! He gets bonus points for that.

 

And it was Ygritte! Even more bonus points. Ygritte was and still is one of my favourite characters.

Hm... Victarion wasn't my kind of character, but I'm a bit sad that we missed out all the Greyjoy angles. So much piraty stuff. And I just love Asha.

 

But I can totally understand that they cannot get everyone with every angle on the show. What saddened me most was the missing Lady. I was so looking forward to her. And... well... when they are missing on the show it kind of feels that they are completely irrelevant in the books, too.

Hrhr, what I am really happy about is that they kept Bronn in the show. I was so sad when he left the story arc. Good way they made it, I think. Even though the book is funnier, with Ser Ilyn joyfully beating Jamie up

I understand as well, and I do feel the same way. But, I do think the show is doing a pretty good job of working around that stuff. Some of it is stupid though, like the Ironborns attempt to free Theon. That was just a waste of time...

 

And yes! I wish Sir Ilyn was in that scene. We won't be seeing him again though. Didn't the actor die or is very, very ill, enough so that he can't act anymore?
