Mead! Speaking of mead... you don't know about that Christmas in a bottle I had. Now you do. It was perfectly sweet, warm with just the right amount of "holiday" spices. There wasn't just your basic 'pumpkin' spices. There may have been some anise, cardamom, but I was too busy lost in the splendor.
