By far, and that's saying something considering I don't care much for Cullen. He irritated the sh*t out of me in DAO and DA2, add to that the fangirl squeeeeeee. Nothing against you, of course. While he is your favourite romance, you don't act in a manner that is annoying

Can't say, never done it. Though I've heard it's the trashiest in the game. I've been told it's based around him whining that he will never be good enough for the inquisitor, then the night before he disappears (if romanced) he f*cks you in the barn and leaves you naked on a bale of hay.. alone.

 

I am a lesbian and all but I just find his character gross LOL. He gives me this dirty old man vibe. Other straight females agree with me, so yeah.. all a matter of opinion, however.

I've been on the listening side to the squee-ing and the "never say anything that isn't positive about this character" etc. It irritates me too, so I get you, sadly those people make it extremely difficult for me to have a conversation about the character, anywhere. *throws bottle at the wall while muttering grumpily*

 

I have my moments of getting slightly carried away though, honest. Not much more then lynroy about Alistair/Solas or you about Sera though

Wrong? no, just not everyone's cup of tea. I can never sell it on people, but it was the third romance I tried in DAI. He constantly says he isn't good enough etc at the start, sleeps with the Inky then leaves (that sleeping bit is optional, dialogue choice just before choosing the other will have hi just give her his badge and leave) to go let himself get hanged instead of one of the men who were under his command and doesn't want Inky to know. Tells her he's a monster when in jail. But after you get past that revelations thing and the kiss in the throne room if continuing the romance then it gets quite a bit sweeter. It sort of fits his character though, seeing as he's lying about his true self for so long, including to the woman he falls in love with. It ends a lot sweeter then it starts, though he still says after the party "what did I ever do to deserve this smile". Also I saw his romance ending in Trespasser. oomph. Sadly, that's all I can say in this thread for a while yet.

My reasoning though, is entirely bigotted, narrow minded and hypocritical. I can be mature though.. as we can all. So if you wanna discuss Cullen, go for it!!

Feck. OOL!! Was going to say.. if anything, at least that romance has drama, and drama does make things interesting.

Sadly, it doesn't. I've seen enough stuff from people on this thread to know that one cannot chat in a positive light in here about any character, even main ones, if it isn't a popular one for DQ'ers haha

I like both. Isabela shits on him by miles though. Anders would have been better if he didn't whinge so much.. but points for blowing up the chantry!!

I kinda knew Blackwall was a bullshit Warden. Hints are everywhere.. just didn't know about the other stuff. As for Solas, I admit I did not see that coming. Mind you, back then I found him boring and irritating cause he disapproved at everything I did! So he warmed the bench.. and after the credits roll my jaw kinda dropped. Well played, BioWare.

 

Ahh Descent.. where every little bit of HP counts. I loved that DLC but jeezuzfuck did I get frustrated. Thank the Maker for Sera and her tempest abilities.

I quite liked listening to those memories. They were interesting.
