What does QFT mean? I've seen you use it a few times now, and I cannot figure out what it stands for.

He says that she was murdered. He doesn't say Solas wasn't the one to deal the killing blow.

They could have. But any time Pride is mentioned it doesn't always have to refer to Solas. I'm getting kinda sick of that tbh.

That's fair enough, but I think this is a case where it does refer to him. Solas and Mythal obviously had some sort of connection, and I gather Solas also did something questionable to the "gods." The thinking behind it isn't wrong. There could very likely be something there.

You should play Trespasser first or this will end in spoilers.

True. I'll probably have it finished by the end of the week (Sunday).

I am not denying that there could be. :) And I definitely do see double meaning in that simple phrase.

I know what happens. First run I let Morrigan drink. This one, I drank so I could the the achievement. I saved right before meeting Calpernia/Samson so that I could make the "better" choice. Which one do you think is the better choice and why?

My Inquisitor has dealt with enough magical artifacts to know that whatever it is, if you don't understand it, and you cannot stay away from it, at least DON'T DRINK IT.

He figures if Morrigan would turn on him, she could hardly do more damage than kill many people - something he deems her capable of one way or the other. She is a mysterious bearer of assumingly great magic power and in-depth knowledge as is.

I know exactly what you are thinking and I'm trying to get you to not. It's from the Chant of Light just like all the other names for the story missions.

"And as the black clouds came upon them,
They looked on what pride had wrought,
And despaired.

The work of man and woman,
By hubris of their making.
The sorrow a blight unbearable."

--Threnodies 7:10-11

That's what they want us to think...

In this particular case, it's a rather...

suspect... use of the word.

I quote, "The Dread Wolf had nothing to do with her murder." --Abelas

He says that her temple was, quite crudely, assaulted by an opposing group and she was subsequently killed.

That doesn't sound like Solas at all. I imagine those times to be like the Hindu/Muslim wars in post-independent India. Every leader of every sub-cell of either religion claims to be the top dog until they and their followers get murdered by another one; and the cycle repeated until there was only one (or none) left.

Then again, I haven't played Trespasser. Yet.

In case anyone forgot the conversation with Abelas in which he says Mythal was murdered, but not by Solas.

*Beren walks in leading a squad of dwarven sappers*

"Okay boys, see that bloodstain under the staircase?  That's where I want the trap-door entrance.  Keep the bloodstained wood, though, for the door itself.  Build a table over the entrance and decorate the table appropriately.  I think Miss T would like that touch.  Oh!  Don't forget to install the 360° periscope port next to the trap door.  She'll need total bar coverage from the safety of her lair.  So how long to excavate the cellar so I can start decorating?"

"Shouldn't take more than five or six hours, boss."

"Good.  Good.  That should give me time to get everything pre-positioned in the fade so I'll just have to open a rift down there to pull all her creature comforts through instead of trying to figure out how to get it down a trap-door ladder."

*Beren sips down the last of is lyrium-infused coffee (damn, it got cold) and heads out the door to try to find some nice creepy sh*t to put down there*

What do you guys think is the better option? Inquisitor drink from the Well or Morrigan drink from it?

Morrigan

Oh sh*t. I just realized.

"What Pride had Wrought."

Well, I'll be f*cked.

True. I'll probably have it finished by the end of the week (Sunday).

The problem is that it doesn't matter.
They can mean Solas or just use quote from Chant... we still won't get more than they are giving us.

Beren, seeing as you've got those sappers here anyway, would it be okay if you could also get them to build me a swanky new table fort of my own?

Don't get me wrong, Lightning, I'm all for contemplations, speculations and foil cap theories (at least, in regards of video games), but this topic is a little bit... unpromising.

But don't mind me, I'll just return to drinking  :D

Also I'm OOL (had one and Roy took it from me  )

Uh, okay, sure I guess, but I thought you were stealing my room down in Crestwood.  One or the other, man, you can't have both!
