Isileth allied with the mages. Seemed like the best way to get the best out of them, give them a chance to prove themselves trustworthy... but kept templars close by in case. Made it up to Sera later

Everytime I realize I chose the Templars, it makes me sad.

 

Unfortunately, the Red Templars & Samson I perceive as such terrible antagonists, that I'd rather kill off Fiona; let alone the irrational decision to support the Templars in the first place.

 

Samson must be my least favourite character in the DA series if I ever had one (both sympathy- and quality-wise); whereas Calpernia is interesting and scores high with the option to defeat her with just reason and evidence, for once.

I do hear a lot of praise for Calpernia as a character, though I only seem to have met her in DAMP

Calpernia was more well done than Samson, IMO. I just have a soft spot for mages and the mother of a bastard king.

That's a mighty big sword you have there. Its funny they give you a two-handed sword that is taller than an elf character. Plus when they execute someone, they pull out a long sword also.

It's a Greatsword if it's two-handed. Longsword if it's one-handed. Then you have the smallswords'n'sh*t...

Much easier to understand modern weaponry, to be honest.

(And yes, I'd nitpick just as much if you called an AT4 a "Bazooka")
