I never played Wolfenstein: The New Order, not my kind of game, but I watched cutscenes with Tekla and J.. Impressive. Tekla especially.

So I just finished Trespasser. If I hadn't loved my Inquisitor before, I sure do now, with the honourable badge of primordial badassery he just earned.
I was apathetic on the matter up until this very moment, but I absolutely do want the Inquisitor to return in DA4 now.

And I have similar feelings. Before Tresspasser the Inquisitor, in general, was my second favorite RPG protag of all time a distant distant second to Hawk, and Kara was kinda lurking around in third. Afterwards solid third and now neck and neck wiht Hawk
As a protagonist, definitely. Can you imagine the crapstorm emerging if they include a non-playable main character that is not the HoF?
Thing with Kel is, his awesomeness is 95% from my headcanon in conjunction with his fighting style, gear & appearance, and the game letting me do that. But now, that ending speech (and actions) were pretty much exactly what I hoped he'd do -or I would get to do. Hence absurdly, it was one of the first times the writing outside of my control really elevated him to this status; without me interpreting things.

Obviously, I don't know how it feels while playing the game, but I like the flow of friendship development. That's what I would like to see more prominent in DA.

And I know the feeling. I cheered during Kara's speech. Really out of all my protags that woman can certainly speechify.

That's why you get to play part of it for free. I'm almost positive it's up to the Skeleton King that is free to play. make sure to try a few classes just in case, I know there is two classes I cannot play Diablo 3 with, I don't enjoy them at all. personally my fav Act (chapter, whatever) is Acts 3 and 4. It is a dungeon crawler slaughter everything fast style, not really an rpg type. I hope it gets a bit better for you, I can only play it when I'm in the mood for something really easy and pretty much all action with an awesome series story hehe
